This product was recommended to me by my accupuncturist (also a dietician), after I found out that I suffered from Celiacs. She advised me to use a little more than the recommended dosage for the first week of GF eating, and adjusafter that week. That was almost 2 years ago, I still use it daily and have noticed the relief I feel if I get accidentally glutened. The texture is gritty but the taste is actually pretty good! It's sweet and reminds me of apple cinnamon oatmeal. I would say that initially you should mix it with a little bit of warm-hot water (to help dissolve) then add apple juice to that. That combo was too sweet for me but I know some people are put off by the texture. Unfortunately, there's no way around that. If you find that you still can't take it, use just 2 ounce of liquid, and do it like a shot. That way it's not in your mouth too long.

I have GERD and recently decided to ween myself off of the PPI's. It was working out alright but I couldn't get myself completely off the acid reducers, even on a strict diet. Well, I took this for the first time last night with melatonin (also first dose) and it's 1 PM, I've had a piece of Valentine's day chocolate (this would normally give me reflux immediately after swallowing), a glass of green tea and two pieces of a Dynamite roll (sushi) w/soy sauce and wasabi) and I feel NOTHING! N O T H I N G. I can't remember the last time I made it through 2 hours without any kind of abdominal pain, let alone half a day! I literally tear up every time I think about it. I feel like this product is going to save my life! Will update after some time goes by.

Upon first taking it calmed my stomach what else is there to say? I took in the morning, didn't bloat or had stomach grumbles and was able to stuff food down without fear of embarrassing after effects. Of course healthy habits and knowing your stomach is crucial and this looks like a great step towards helping your stomach. I mix with warm water and gulp it down; I don't care about taste I care how my stomach feels and it feels good through the day; for that I would gulp down mud if I had to but this tastes fine. I didn't have any side effects or allergic ones, my stomach must have really needed the ingredients!

I've been taking Endefen for more than 6 months now and I think it has really worked for me. I didn't experience anything dramatic, but believe I my digestive health is overall improved.

Endefen is a great remedy for digestive trouble. I originally was prescribed by a well known Heath clinic. It works wonders and it chocolate cinnamon flavor is great in smoothies. I had been in and out of the hospitals several times. The answer to my problems came by testing at this Clinic and the Endefen made it possible fore to feel life come back. I am now able to eat a lot broader diet and getting healthier each day.

After some trial and error, this Endefen seems to be working for my GERD/gastritis. I found that I can only tolerate one teaspoon once or maybe twice a day and never on an empty stomach. Because I have been having a hard time with pain/stress lately I have added this to my routine of DGL powder after meals, Slippery Elm the 10:1 strong one, Marshmallow Root, Digestive Enzymes (Papaya) and Probiotics smaller dose and have been doing very well with my GI symptoms and current stress level.

Helpful, good product

I have IBS and I find that Endefen helps with that quite a bit. Helps to control it along with other dietary considerations. It is expensive but when its your health and it works its worth it.

A healing product. Very good ingredients in this. Although, it seems to have a cinnamon taste, which I could do without. Otherwise, I believe this has helped me and I'd purchase again, when needed.
