Pro Series Pro 325 LED Lighting System

Bought this, lumigrow 650, back in 2015 and it’s been amazing to me ever since. I’ve used it literally for over 2 years everyday (12-20 hrs a day) since I got it and I’ve never had any issues with it at all. The comparison to HPS using the same strain, watering and nutrients schedule was quite incredible. If someone would have told me they were 2 different strains, I would have believed them... Lumi end product was definitely better than the HPS and after a few trials, I now use both HPS and the lumi to get the best spectrum possible. The best part of the lumi is that I can adjust the each light pending what part of the life cycle I’m at - More Blue for growth and more red for flower and can place it super close to the crop. Heat is minimal. Only thing I wish is that I would have gotten 2 of the smaller ones (300w/350w?) vs the larger 650w just so I could cover more space more evenly. Overall, I love this light

I purchased a similar light (I own this one as well) from one of LumiGrow's vendors that became defective (lights began blinking on and off sporadically) within a month of the purchase. The vendor said that it was under warranty (5 years) with LumiGrow and to contact them. I did. LumiGrow said that they would not send me a new one. They (Tammy, who was also very rude) wanted me to send the old one in and for me to wait a month or two until they repaired it. I have a garden full of food growing under this light in my greenhouse that I can't abandon (especially in the winter). This is some of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Luckily the vendor went ahead and sent me a new light and worked it out with LumiGrow themselves. LumiGrow is horrible! I will never buy another LumiGrow product.

I bought two of these and after just a year both began to flicker quite badly. If you search the web you'll see that many who bought these had the same issue. After both calling and emailing "support" multiple times no one ever wrote or called me back. All the messages I left were friendly and to the point. What good is a 5 year warranty if the can't even answer their phones or reply to emails?The lights also have a much too tightly focused light pattern, to evenly light a 4x4 area they must be very high above the plants, in a grow tent there isn't enough height, all the light is concentrated in the center or the canopy while the periphery is dim. They seem to be made for high ceilings.
