(Renewed) HP 840g3 Elitebook Ultralight 1.48 KG (6th Gen Intel Core i5 - 6300U /8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 Pro/Silver /14 Inch Screen)

I brought this "Refurbished Laptop" in Oct 2023 with a promise of 6 months warranty (copy attached).Within a month / two, I noticed problem with the battery (getting recharged within half hour and lesser). Similarly, the Screen color changed to orange (snap-shot included) with a slightest of the tilt.When I approached the Warranty provider, I realized, they were in Mumbai, while I am based in Hyderabad. They asked me to get it checked locally and then Courier the Laptop to them - which was cumbersome for me as I had to do my entire Job search using this. Then they couriered me the battery and I had to go and get it replaced at a store in Hyderabad with my own expense.After this, when I approach them to have the screen color problem rectified, they have become unresponsive (apparently this may cost them 4-5K or even more). So, I approached Amazon. They made all sorts of promises, but nothing happened till date. Everytime they put me to a new / different associate, and the whole process starts again. THEREFORE I STRONGLY URGE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY REFURBISHED LAPTOPS, SPECIFICALLY FROM AMAZON.

Excellent laptop and good value for money. All features are working fine without any issues.. The condition is as good as new with very few small signs of past usage. Overall experience has been very good. I took a chance and was a bit worried, but this product has really made me happy. I appreciate the seller for selling such good products. I recommend people to buy more such used products and save the environment and the planet.

Laptop is in good condition no any scratches on his body no one will say it is a refurbished laptop it's look like absolutely new ....Performance is also good 👍👍👍Thanks for this laptop 💻

Got a non working laptop. Got it changed after heavy struggle. The one I got as a replacement stopped working after two months. Don't buy

I have purchased a renewed laptop. of hp (Elitebook)from Amazon.,Service like delivery by Amazon is quite good ,but after a few days of purchase it's keyboard stops working because it falls in gauranty period I try to contact service provider but ph nos mentioned in gauranty card r always out of service ,After a long struggle I got success to contact technical team on WhatsApp call.One person which was the head of technical team, is very gentle and humble, he checked my laptop on line and declare that keyboard is faulty .He ensure me for replacement of keyboard after the permission granted from his higher authorities ,but after waiting a day i decided to transport the laptop on my own expense of Rs 1200, inspite of gauranty period . The incharge of technical team resolve my problem on priority basis ,what I suffer more than 20 days in my work and a loss of Rs 1200 which was not reimbursed due to the permission of higher authorities of company'. The incharge of technical team is very responsible but this service is suitable for those, having nearest to banglore other wise this gauranty has no value for the customers in sense of money and time

Damage product received

The product is very good at its performance but the thing is look is not that much good as expected please share the original photos for refurbished items in Amazon instead of New product photos. In laptop very old versions of Microsoft account is there and it's not that much better to work In that environment.
