🐴 Protect Their Legs, Elevate Their Game!
The Cashel Crusader Horse Leg Guard Fly Boots are a set of two durable mesh leg wraps designed specifically for warmbloods. They help reduce annoying stomping while providing an adjustable fit through hook-and-loop closures, ensuring they stay in place without sagging or shifting.

Wonderful product!
My horse gets eaten by bugs during the summer in central Texas and these leg guards are a serious life saver. He’s pretty rough with them and tears them up fairly easily, but I will keep buying them.

Good overall to keep horses from stomping from flies.
Overall I like this product and it really keeps horses from stomping as much during fly season. However I would design these with the velcro horizontal, not vertical, so the fit is more adjustable. Having elastic on the velcro is useless. I tend to need to replace them every year as they destroy them, but it is one of the better ones on the market. I also like that they are more fitted to keep from sliding down too much.

Fell apart.
I purchased 6 sets of these . I need to resecure hind boots daily. They slip down on all 3 horses. So far in a few weeks all 3 sets of hind boots are destroyed. They do however stay up better on the front legs. These are to pricey to only last 2 to 3 weeks.

Working great on my Dutch Warmblood during a hot, buggy Savannah summer!
Frankly, considering how good my horse is at removing wraps, fly masks, etc., I half expected that he wouldn't have these leg guards on when I came back after his first few days of wearing these. However, they stayed on great, did not slip down out of place, and his legs are in nice condition. The leg guards (warmblood size) fit him well and are adjustable (good velcro placement in multiple places on the guards). I'm very happy with them! He wasn't excited about them at first, but he is handling the bugs much better now.

Don't waste your money
It lasted 8 hours on a super quiet old horse, very disappointed! They ended up crumpled and binding around his ankles. There was not near enough stability to keep them upright. They are basically plastic mesh with Velcro. Don't waist your money

Probably will only last this one fly season, but she tolerates these boots
My horse is very easy on clothing - she doesn't tear up sheets or boots. But she doesn't really like boots on her legs, especially the back. I think she finds fly boots uncomfortable because she has "fetlock drop" which makes any boot fit oddly. The horse size of these Cashell's were too small for her rear legs, but because of her dropped fetlocks, I can't actually position these with her fetlocks in the right place. If I don't worry about trying to do that, and I position these the way they should be (ignoring the fetlocks), I can velcro the straps on correctly and they fit her. She doesn't stomp her back hooves with these, the way she does with any other fly boots. It might be because these are shaped for the fetlock, they are not uncomfortable for her like other fly boots. So the fact that she will tolerate these makes me happy, so that is why I am giving these fly boots 4 stars. Only thing is that the rear ones are starting to rip a little around the bottom edges after wearing them only twice. I'm pretty sure it is because they sit a little low to the ground (because of the fetlock drop). So I think these will last only this summer. (Under "rate features" I am not sure what is the difference between "durability" and "sturdiness."

Good fit and timely delivery
This was a repeat order but I appreciated once again getting a product that fit and wore well for thwarting off flies on my horse's legs. The bonus was the timely delivery --- even on a Sunday as it turned out!
