Excellent product. The seeds are very fresh and work well in my recipes. The reasonable price is the reason I tried this brand and I quite pleased with the quality. It's a large amount of seeds and the resealable bag keeps them fresh.I definitely recommend this brand. I also bought their brown flax seeds, which are also high quality. It's such a relief to find a reliable source for seeds at a great price.

My doctor has always wanted me to up my calcium- a spoonful or two of these a day in salads, rice etc., gives me a serious calcium boost. I use a full cup in my daily bread making- (sesame/semolina/whole wheat).This is the first time I have tried Food to Live brand and am quite pleased with it, and will buy the 4 lb cost saving package again with no reservations.

I've tried only 2 brands of sesame seeds, but these seem to beat it by flavor and price. I use sesame plus sunflower seeds to balance hormones during part of a menstrual cycle (only from ovulation/Day 14 until menstrual flow starts). Ground them up and add to smoothies, kefir, yogurt, oatmeal. I've had much success with the seed cycle - easier flow, more regular cycle, almost no mood swings, and some other symptoms have gone; although, it did take 3-4 cycles to see the difference. Thank you for providing this organic, clean and flavorful product.

It was difficult to find sesame seeds in stores and i found this brand online and I decided to try it and I like it, the taste and texture is the same as if I had bought it in the store only this time it came directly to my house.

I use sesame seeds in recipes, including as the major ingredient in seed and nut bars. These are lovely and fresh!

The most important things.1.It came nicely packaged, the container bag in perfect condition.2. Fresh and it tastes great!3. I highly recommend.

I'm happy with the quality and care taken with this food. It's convenient to have a pre-packaged version of this instead of having to get some from the bulk section of the store.

These are not what I thought they were from the description and photo. You cannot see what they smell like or how they taste. The taste was green and bad even after differing degrees of trying to nicely toast them. Very disappointing and food items are not returnable.

Three weeks after delivery we have bugs in a sealed container with the sesame seeds. So sad, I hope other product that I recently purchased from this brand are of a better quality.
