First of all, I’d like to say this mirror is gorgeous! And the customer service response time was QUICK- like maybe 3 days? The lights dim as expected and are bright enough when not dimmed. The extra mirror (5x) is a really slick add on especially for us lash ladies it is magnetic as well and attaches to the center of the mirror and it’s all portable and compact. Just fold and go! When I opened the box I was VERY pleased. I thought WOW! This is cute!!! It looks, emphasis on the word looks, like it’s very well made and sturdy product-unfortunately, I must report the following...1-The first time the mirror arrived I had it less than 24 hours and the base broke on it when I folded down for the night (1st and 2nd pic.)But, being an optimist, I ordered a replacement and customer service had another one here for me VERY quickly. It arrived on my porch today, Christmas Eve which was an unexpected surprise! But, my excitement fizzled When I attached the mirror to the magnetic ball and the mirror fell over and the the magnetic ball broke off the stand!This time I’m just gonna get a refund but I really wanted it to work because the wireless phone charger is a plus and allows me access to my mobile while getting ready for the day.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this mirror really changed my life so I had to share! This makeup mirror is made of high-quality material, easy to set up and use, beautiful, and exactly the size I was looking for. I travel a lot and always have terrible hotel room lighting problems, this mirror is very convenient for travel as it’s detachable and lays flat - perfect for my suitcase! Even the most luxurious hotels and resorts seem to have terrible bathroom lighting but will have no problems now! I can easily install and rotate the mirror 360 degrees. The lights are very bright and dimmable through a touch screen switch. It comes with a 5x magnifying mirror which magnetically attached to the main mirror, perfect when putting on my makeup. Thanks to the wireless charging pad, I can now charge my phone and airpods wirelessly – and, I believe, any other compatible electronic device! You just need to charge the mirror to an outlet with the supplied charging cable so need to worry about batteries.I was worried whether it would come damaged since it’s a mirror and fragile, but it was well packaged in a beautiful box (perfect for gifting!). If you are looking for a good travel makeup mirror, you should definitely get this. It’s a pretty, convenient makeup vanity mirror that I would recommend to everyone. You will love it! The item is defective. Would’ve returned it but it’s past the return date. I didn’t open it until a couple weeks ago when we put together and set up my vanity area. Used the lighted mirror exactly 3 times for about 8 minutes each time. Light turned off after turning on for the 4th use. Thought it was due to charging but that wasn’t the issue. Charging cords don’t work well. Big waste of money!!

Your loved ones definitely will love it.It has everything you could ask for in a mirror. It rotates in 360 degree motion, and it has a wireless charging pad for phone or other devices.My sister absolutely love this makeup mirror, it is the perfect size for her room. LED lights are so bright and dimmer lights feature is great, lights don't hurt eyes. They are very bright in the best way.It's awesome because it also detaches from the base so she can easily travel with it, so easy to install and disassemble it. It comes with two USB mini charger and magnet magnifying mirror. It is produced with good quality material.My sister says she can't live without this makeup mirror. She is extremely happy with my gift and so am I!She highly recommended it to anyone and everyone, 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!!!

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she loved it. The mirror is very nice, the light is extremely bright and the magnification mirror is extremely useful. She loves being able to charge her phone right on top of it which in a small apartment, is extremely useful.

This mirror is amazing I own an impressions vanity so when i seen this mirror i had to have it. Even charges my phone while I get ready !!!! I love the magnetic connection it has to the stand this is worth every penny

I love this mirror except for one problem. After having it just a few months the piece that holds the magnet broke off from where it was screwed on - like the arm piece from the stand. Husband said it was stripped or something. He was able to fix it but not sure how long that will last. I don’t think the manufacturing is necessarily flawed on all of them but on this particular one it was.

Awful product. Broke within 20days of having it, didn’t fall or knock over. Just broke randomly while doing my makeup. I tried emailing the company because it says 1year warranty (which is BS) their response was vague and not professional. DON’T RECOMMEND.
