So far, out of the 10 saw palmetto products I have tried for my bph, this one works the best. I saw minimal results, until increasing the dose to 2 capsules in the morning and 2 before bed, which has helped immensely. Saw Palmetto surely isn't a cure, but it's a very helpful bandaid.A month ago, I ran out of this product and was tempted buy another brand, which happened to be one of the most purchased and highest rated on Amazon. The "other" did nothing and I saw my symptoms return. I quickly ordered a few bottles of this product, and after 3 days of taking it, my symptoms had improved greatly.As with all natural bph remedies, it is highly recommended to add other natural treatments into the mix. I've taken them all and seen no difference, with Saw Palmetto being the exception. After taking Dim(which everyone seems to be raving about for bph treatment) for 4 days, the side effects were a surprising INCREASE in my prostate swelling. I nearly went to the hospital, since I was barely able to pass urine. Beware of the hype around Dim. At the moment, I am using this brand of Saw Palmetto and have recently added turmeric and ginger tea to the regimen. The saw palmetto helps protect the prostate from dht, while the tea is unbelievably helpful in treating the swelling. The anti-inflammatory properties of the tea have taken the pain from my right shoulder and both knees. Within 2 days of adding the tea, my flow has increased and the tenderness from the swollen prostate has begun to subside. I will not recommend a brand of tea, however, this two-pronged attack has been working very well for me and I will continue to take both. For your own sake, consider making both a permanent addition to your life, you won't regret it!

This is one of the best values for Saw Palmetto that I have found. It seems to help. It is the brand that I prefer.

Been using this product for few years and changed to a cheaper option. That tuned into a disaster where I had trouble sleeping and had to pee several times at night. Switched back to this guy asap and 2 days later back to normal.

This is a quality product as far as I can tell. Saw Palmetto grows in many semi-tropical parts of the world such as the southern part of North America. It was used commonly by Native Americans for male-related health promotion. It is said to help stop the conversion of testosterone into DHT and thus put a stop to hair loss. I'm not sure if it actually works and that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It's also said to maintain male reproductive/prostate health.

Great product and really works for men's health in every way that it should. I've tried so many in the past but this has been the best.

A marked improvement of night bathroom trips. Bathroom trips at night could be as much 4 times a night. I'm down to maybe 1 bathroom trip a night.

This is day one. I'm in my early 40's and have the prostate of a 60 year old. I will report back in one week to update if I have seen any improvement. Keep in mind that when dealing with prostatitis as I have regularly if I don't watch my diet (similar symptoms to BPH), it takes about six weeks to get things completely back to normal. So I don't expect any world-changing effects in the next week but we'll see. I looked at other Saw Palmetto products and they have a bunch of other stuff. Gonna try the straight dope, so to speak. If this doesn't work then I'll try a product with other items. I have been taking Butchers Broom as well, which is not specifically for the prostate, but for improved blood flow. I don't know if that was particularly helpful, but I do notice better prostate health when taking it. This could just be because I am generally taking better care of my body at the same time. Anyway, more to come next week.
