ACER ASPIRE 5732Z-5532 Laptop Screen 15.6 LED BOTTOM LEFT WXGA HD 1366x768 [PC]

I ordered this replacement screen for my Acer Aspire 5732z through 2nd-party seller ViewOne Tech, but unfortunately, it was NOT the correct screen for my Acer Aspire 5732z, and it is impossible to tell that from looking at the picture that accompanies this product.Returning the screen was easy enough, but I was unhappy to learn that ViewOne Tech charges a flat 25% restocking fee on all of its products. I obtained an authorization to return the product (ViewOne staff were helpful, though it was a bit of a process), and then ordered another replacement screen online directly through ViewOne Tech. This time, I was careful not to order the screen for the 5732z-5532 (as listed on Amazon), but the screen for "just" the 5732z (without the additional 4-digit suffix). It only cost $50 on the ViewOne Tech site (about $10 less than the one I got on Amazon), and it was promptly shipped, but once it arrived, it was the exact same screen as the first one that I ordered! So, another return authorization to obtain, and another payment of the 25% restock fee with return shipping.Finally, I called ViewOne Tech and was able to identify the correct screen by reading the parts number off the broken screen (the correct replacement seems to be listed on Amazon as the screen for the Acer Aspire 5732Z-4280), which is now en route. I can only hope it's the right one...If you're thinking about buying a replacement screen, remove the broken one, call ViewOne Tech directly and make extra sure the screen is correct. Note that the screen was cheaper directly through ViewOne Tech than here on Amazon. And definitely be aware that you will be charged the 25% restock fee and return shipping if you need to make a return. The folks at ViewOne Tech were prompt and courteous in their communications, and the price for the screen was a bit less than other sellers, but overall I'm not happy here being charged money for returns based on misleading information of the advertised product.

if the setup they send you works perfect your ok but if it does not kiss your cash goodbye. They will fight you all the way as they do not want to give you a return. If you insist forget it. They give you 7 days and you must have tracking so it will cost you more than the part is worth then they charge you 15 % restocking so in the end there is no such thing as a return with these people. they send it to you ground ut make you send it back expidited with traking and insurance. THIS IS A SCAM. Oh yea they told me it only catches on fire under certain circumstances!! This is not how it was made by the manufacturer This is a rigged up mess

My daughter Shyanne, had her lap top on the school bus, and it was sat on.Breaking the screen. i thought it was a total loss,and put it in the closet.My grandson said hey what happened to Shy's lap top ? i told him that it was sat on when Shy was on the school bus. He asked me if he could look at it,and i said sure it won't hurt to look.He said all it needed was a screen,and that he could fix it.We got on the computer,and searched ACER ASPIR,and the rest is history.Although i did have to purchase a FIX strap to make the whole thing work.i received several calls from a service tech,and after talking with him ( NAME ) unknown i felt we could get the lap top working again. Thanks for all the help,and quick ship.

This screen dosent fit with the aspire 5532 the cable was diffrent iorderd it and i had to return it

Terminal wire is not adjustable to laptop. Can you help me? Or it's a survey alone?I would like to connect properly.
