Product was not packaged as described! Terrible (no way to know the expiration date)!
The Swiss Miss Keurig pods were dumped in a brown box without the expiration date! There’s no way of knowing if this hot cocoa mix is in date or out of date! The individual single pods clearly state this unit is not labeled for retail sale! Very unhappy with the product and seller!

Powder clumped inside pods
Powder inside was clumped together so it doesn't dissolve when it brews. I had to open pod after brewing and scrape out lump of chocolate and then stir into cup. Otherwise hot chocolate is thin and poor tasting. Must be too old or else humidity affected the pods. Very disappointed!
