National Tree Company 10ft Pre-Lit Dunhill Fir Artificial Christmas Tree

I am pretty picky about my Christmas Trees and this is the best tree I have had! Yes it takes time to arrange the branches, but well worth it! Tree is large and full just like I like it. No bare spaces at all. The extra time with the branches is fine since now I don't have to spend that time on the lights!! It's very stable in the base too. Love it!

After reading all the reviews I was a little uncertain about this purchase. However, I am very happily surprised. We always purchase a real tree and this is our first year with a fake. The tree is very full and looks very nice. My husband was against going fake cause everything we had seen in the stores were just junk, but even he was very happy and surprised at how nice this was. We ordered the 9' and it is literally 9'. Pros - its very full, beautiful and easy to put together (however it is heavy for me and my husband had to help). Cons- no smell of a real tree obviously I knew what I was getting into with that, it did take a couple hours to fan out all the branches but I did expect that after reading all the reviews, last you cannot plug a normal tree top/star in so you need to find one that has a screw fitting instead of a traditional plug, still shopping for that in hopes to find it. Overall I'm very happy! I felt the price was fair based on other trees I had shopped. Only complaint and it is more of a suggestion, I would've liked more lights, since you cannot add lights unless you run an extension cord, but that defeats one of my purposes of the purchase, so I dont have to mess with lights anymore, but it was enough lights to keep me happy. The change of color and blinking feature of the lights is very cool but I just love the clear lights. I think if you have small kids I could see them enjoying the colored ones. Overall very happy with the purchase so far!

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received. The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.

This is the best artificial tree I have ever seen. It's true to size and It looks real. It's full and well-made. You can fluff up the leaves giving it a totally realistic appearance. I didn't think I was going to like it but I was in a pinch and order it as an emergency and I LOVE it. It's pre-lit and the lights look better than when I put them on the tree. They have several sequences and you can adjust them to be all white or many combination of colors. I absolutely love this tree. I highly recommend it. I wanted to buy the 9 ft tree but it couldn't be delivered to my location. I ended up buying the 7.5 ft and it worked out great. The only negative is that when package is pretty heavy BUT i'd rather have it this way than risking it falling over when it's too light. Great product. Thank you for saving our Xmas.

I’ve changed my review of this tree. Beautiful Tree. My tree was delivered last Sunday and tidy is Friday. I finally got all of the lights to work. The assembly of the tree is simple. 3 sections top, middle and bottom. Each section just plugs into each other My issue was with the lights installed on the tree. It’s a Nightmare. It took 5 days and disassembling the tree 4 times to find the right connections. Maybe it was just me. It’s a gorgeous 7.5 foot prelit tree. No support from National Tree. It seems Amazon sale trees are not covered under the National Tree Company warranty. When I spoke with them they said this was typical for Amazon. Apparently they sell to Amazon and get some of the problem All in all for the price it is an amazing looking tree once assembled and the lights working. This baby is staying up till Valentines Day.!

I was nervous to order a Christmas tree online and it had mixed reviews. I moved into a new house with 10ft ceiling so I want a tall (9ft) fat tree and that’s exactly what I got! I am Obsessed with this tree and the different light options. So glad I took a risk and bought it 😍

This is our first artificial tree. I ordered the 10 foot LED. I have been buying real trees for 25 years, the cost for a 10 footer is out of control, and I was ready to try something different. I am not going to lie, it was a lot of work to bend/fluff every branch tip, but worth it to have the results I got. I did not have any problems connecting the lights between the 4 sections. I did it as soon as I added the new section. I did everything myself with the exception of connecting the sections. The tree looks very real. I haven't added ornaments yet, but wanted to share this info, for those on the fence about purchasing it. If you don't mind putting in the time, you will have a beautiful tree. The LED model has several different light settings, including super bright color, a muted pastels color and the clear. You can make them twinkle or flash. I like the white with random bulbs twinkling. I highly recommend this tree. It is a great price and made very well.

We bought this tree in December 2021, and it was perfect for Christmas 2021, 2022, and 2023. 2024, we noticed the connection seemed a bit finicky, but after tightening the connectors, the lights were just fine. People in our town joke that they love to drive by to see what the mood of our house is based on the selected light setting, and the lights are so bright, it's like a lighthouse in the window. We add an extra string of 300 lights to bump up the intensity. We have small children, and when they hide toys in the tree or try to sit in it (one toddler wanted to be a bird), the tree was sturdy. Why 2 stars? On to 2025....The tree fluffs beautifully and is absolutely gorgeous. It takes two of us to put it together because it's so big. You do need to wear gloves and long sleeves when handling the branches because the needles are really sharp. The best part is plugging in the lights and sitting back to enjoy before the next task of putting on ornaments....but this year, the tree lit up for only an hour and hasn't lit up since. We walked through all the troubleshooting tips and absolutely nothing worked. For the expense, we thought we got a tree that would last through our kids' childhoods. We were not expecting only 4 Christmases with this tree. This is an epic disappointment, especially after taking 2 hours to set up and fluff the tree. The lights worked when we tested, and now they're dead.

Beautiful tree! So bright! I had the viral Home Depot balsam pre lit tree but it got recalled, I found this one, and my husband thinks he likes this one even better! I’m very pleased with my purchase! It didn’t take too long to set up and fluff the branches, gives me a nostalgic 80’s/90’s tree vibe which was exactly what I was hoping for! 5 stars!

This was a great purchase. The tree looks amazing after only a few minutes of bending out the branches for full coverage and the lights are easy to connect. Highly recommend!

Looks nothing like described. Bait and switch. Save your money and get another tree don't make the same mistake I did

We love this tree. It's the best tree we've ever had. It has lots and lots of lights. Online video of assembly was also helpful. Easy to fluff up and looks like a real tree.

Beautiful tree, quite heavy but looks real. Took over an hour of “fluffing” but no more than any other artificial tree. All the light options are great, pleasantly surprised with the twinkle function. It is definitely expensive, but I was looking for a tree I’ll enjoy for years and I think I found it!
