Surprisingly accurate
I picked this up for a cheap training tool for teaching medical classes and because I was curious how well it would work because it’s so inexpensive. I compared this to the Philips MRx monitor on my ambulance and it was actually very close. Pulse was within 3-4 bpm and SpO2 was within 1-2 points as well. I gave it 5 stars even though it was a little slower updating than the MRx because for under $15 I’m quite impressed and comparing it to a machine that’s hundreds of times more expensive really isn’t fair. So far I would certainly buy this again.

Covid recommendation
Bought this to monitor our oxygen and bp during our Covid 19 diagnosis. I was confused at first on how to read the numbers but I used the internet to better clarify the instructions that came with it. Also it came with a wrist lineage but I did not see proper way to attack it which was weird. I was not about to wrap it around the wiring. Anyway I can't speak on it's accuracy really but my numbers stayed within the range of what I needed them to be. By all means it gave me peace of mind and I believe it read accurately. It was comfortable and easy to use. I kinda wish the numbers would've been displayed to be read from the users eye view rather than from a caretaker's view but I understand the reasoning behind that since mostly a caretaker would be the ones using this tool to monitor someone else. I do wish an alarm would sound while in use if your numbers went into the danger zone. Overall with value to money I can't complain and this came on time.

So far, so good
The device is small and comes with a velcro pouch and neck cord which make it easy to carry around and hard to lose. It features two readouts: one which measures your heartbeats per minute, the other the percentage of oxygen in your blood. It opens by squeezing the one end, which open its jaws and allow for your index finger to be inserted inside. After a few seconds of calculation you get your two readings. There's no muss, no fuss, and no discomfort whatsoever. It's a non-invasive device that even a very (and I mean very) small child could operate.

Great Pulse Oximeter with extras.
Being a Respiratory Therapist I've used many a pulse oximeter in my career and I was replacing one for my personal use but didn't want to pay a fortune. When I saw the price on this one, I couldn't resist buying it because the price was so low but I was pretty sure it was going to be a big let down. Wow, was I surprised... it works great and even comes with batteries and a lanyard. This was a steal for the price, I am very happy and bragging to my friends about this purchase.

Dead on arrival!!!
Bought this and had it shipped to my sister who just had bypass surgery last week. It was dead on arrival. Put the batteries in and nothing. Try a new batteries and nothing again. Would have returned it but I have it shipped to her and the screwing around for the price wasn't worth it. Went with a different brand. Wouldn't recommend this one.

Prefect Product
OVER all "GREAT" product and this is why-------This is an item that everyone needs in their home during this 2020 pandemic of COVID 19. It is very accurate. It is easy to use and read. All you need to do is place the LED light on any finger without movement and it will display your readings within seconds. It will give you two readings one for O2 saturation and one for your heart rate. On the top left it will give you the battery life. Two AAA batteries, a lanyard and a complete instruction booklet comes with this devise. Small enough to place in any pocket if you don't like wearing it with the lanyard. I would recommend this specific item and seller to anyone looking to purchase a similar device.

Buyer beware
This product did not work at all. I replaced the batteries with fresh ones without any luck. Being a healthcare worker, I am very familiar with a pulse ox so was extremely disappointed… guess I got what I paid for ( the low price should have been a red flag.) Also, instructions were not available in English.

easy to use, thanks to Amazon
Thanks to pics on the Amazon site, I was able to use pretty easily. There were not any directions in English in the box, so went back to the product page on Amazon to figure it out. Otherwise very simple to use.
