HOSENAutomatic Watch Winder Storage Display Box with 4 Watch Winder + 6 Watch Display Storage,

I have had this watch winder for about a week, and so far so good.This is an attractive watch winder. The wood sides and top add a touch of class to this unit. The motors are very quiet and the footprint is not too large.My only objection is that for the +6 space, they have these flimsy little pillows which do nothing to secure the bands onto when stored. I was going to contact the company to see if there were options to switch out the pillows for the solid style that hold the watches in place in the auto winder.The paperwork says to contact the company with any concerns, but there is not an address or telephone number for reference. For the money it gets the job done, but I am disappointed that there is no customer service contact information.

Ive had this running a couple of years now, uninterrupted, and never a glitch. To be honest, I didn’t have much confidence in it on my original order but it has never stopped working. I would buy this again, if need be. Beautiful finish, super quiet….really quiet. Can’t say enough positive things about it.

Good quality build. Presents well and is very quiet. Spacing is kind of small for larger watches especially on the rollers.

Motor lasted about 2 years. Then stopped .

THE GOOD- It is a very good looking unit for the money (despite the needed propping) and my watches stay wound. THE BAD- First, initially there was a sickening, noxious odor that has now diminished. It's been 3 weeks. So don't expect to use it for 1-3 weeks. I placed it in an unused room with the lid propped fully opened. (It smelled like strong wet epoxy). And regarding that lid: when you lift it, it will stay open unless you need to prop up the back of the unit. Why would you want to do that? Well, as stated in the included instructions: "In some rare instances, due to the watch design a steeper angle is required. You can prop the back of the winder using a book or magazine to increase the angle of the turntabale (sic). The closer the watch dial is to being vertical the better the chance of the test being accurate." Both of my Seikos required me to prop the unit to maintain proper winding and now they stay wound. I propped the back up about 2 inches. But I have to hold the lid open with one hand while getting out a watch OR remove the book used for propping, take the watch and then put the book back. FYI: if you own watches with one piece bracelets I would recommend you measure your wrist to ensure it is 6.5 inches diameter or larger. Due to the design of the 4 winder pillows and how they stick into the winder slots, certain (small) bracelet sizes may prove difficult to secure. The 4 winder pillows are firm oval-shaped with a sleeve that can be removed for such instances but I think 6.5 inches is the smallest. My two-piece bands have not been an issue and my 7.5 inch one-piece bracelet fits well. The 6 pillows for static storage are easily sizable. In case you wanted to know... turns per hour it's 105: about 52 in each direction= and about 2520/day total.

Very nice for the price.Keeps 4 automatic watches wound at the same time.winds for 20 seconds - off for 60 seconds.Only complaint - I had to use cotton balls in the slots to keep the watches from flopping out - takes away a bit from the beauty of the thing - but I like it anyway.Norm
