"PEACE" IN A BOTTLE: PRICELESS
This spray was especially helpful and effective when one of our cats went "missing" (escaped), got found and returned 7 months later. I sprayed 2 sprays each on some terrycloth washcloths and some cotton first thing in the morning and right before bedtime, and placed around the rooms the cats hang out in to keep the peace. Cats sense of smell is much keener than ours, so I did not want to overwhelm them. It eased his transition back into "the gang", and resulted in an amazing calm. You can't put a price on that, and I will give up a lot of things if it means the gang has peace. It's a relief to have him back home and sleeping safely.

Neutralizes places for territorial cats
I’ve purchased this twice now. One of mine a Russian Blue kitty who has extreme anxiety, she’s very scared to go to vet, and one of my other kitties were also intimidating her. The situation got so bad I had to move the problem kitty out of the environment. When I did that, the problem kitty was having issues adjusting to her new area. I used this to acclimate her to her environment. After that I gave it away to someone who had just adopted a new kitty, to make it easier for them. I recently adopted a kitten and I’m having issues with my older cat not being scared and uncomfortable. Kittens don’t know boundaries like adult cats. So I bought this again to neutralize their areas, so nothing feels like personal to either of them. I’ve seen less aggression from my resident cat since spraying everything down. But going forward, I have to keep a stash of this because I think it should be used periodically after cleaning up in a multi-cat home. I still have to reintroduce the problem kitty back with them. And this will help tremendously along with some calming chews or drops. Note: if you’re having issues with territorial cats in a multi-cat home, it’s beneficial to combine this spray with an oral supplement (1 supplement, not multiple). But do not overdo the supplement as it will manifest other serious health issues if the amino acids like l-tyrosine and l-theanine are dosed too much and prolonged over a period. I would try just one supplement at a time, stick to the dosing suggestion for the bottle, and take breaks to observe. Once the issue resolves, stop the supplement and keep using the spray, maybe switch to a hemp oil at nighttime. But don’t keep using the amino acids if the issue resolves. Additionally, stay away from calming collars. I was considering them but most of them aren’t breakaway collars and if your feline is very irritable with a collar and not used to them, they may stick a paw through the hole which will tighten the collar and accidentally lead to death by asphyxiation. So please be careful and patient when resolving issues in a multicat home.

Semi-successful?
Our little guy just is not one to sit still long enough to trim his nails. He dislikes it a lot, and no amount of treats can make him like the experience better. I've tried trimming his nails while he's sleeping mostly and even then I can only do a few before he's up and running away. It takes 3 people at the vet and groomer's to restrain him too! I bough this spray out of desperation because there was nothing else that would calm him down. Needless to say, it did work. However, it worked much later than I had anticipated. I sprayed it around a corner that we usually sit him down to trim his nails or brush him and he was attracted to the scent but he wasn't ready to sit still or stay so I gave up thinking the spray hadn't worked. It was about 4-5 hours later (the spray says it's supposed to last 6 hours??) that he was finally calm enough and coincidentally this was also around the time he takes his afternoon nap so he was a bit tired. But I was able to trim 3 full paws with little to no push back. He was so calm we were all shocked! He did eventually get annoyed and wouldn't let me trim the last paw but he wasn't trying to bite or scratch and just moved to sit in a different spot. I would say this spray may definitely have been a key player in him remaining calm for so long. Only long term use will tell for sure! I do wish it worked faster and it's a little weird how an effect that should last 6 hours only lasts about 1 and doesn't really work until around 4 hours after spraying. It may just be our cat who's quirky but at least there's something that works even if it's just a partial success.

Works but not a fan of new cheap scent
I still get this because I think it helps but I really hate the new fragrance. It smells cheap and soapy. I loved the previous fragrance which had a fresh somewhat herbal scent. I wish they would allow you the freedom to select the scent you prefer instead of just changing the scent and discontinuing the previous one.

Easy to use and worth trying
I like having this spray on hand for my cat. It's simple to use, has no strong smell, and I appreciate that it's a drug-free option. Great to have during travel or other stressful moments.

Absolutely not a pheromone spray.
Take more care than I did, and think about what you’re buying here! The product description states the following “Beloved Pets Calming Pheromone Spray & Scratch Repellent for Cats - Reduces Scratching Furniture, Pee - During Travel, Fireworks, Thunder, Vet Zone - Helps to Relief Stress, Fighting, Hiding”. But clearly, no product can calm AND deter a cat at the same time! I’m embarrassed that I didn’t think of this before I ordered. The description is clearly inaccurate. This product works as a deterrent only. Neither of my cats will go anywhere near where I sprayed this - so it’s a great scratch deterrent I’m sure. However, that’s not why I purchased this. It certainly does nothing to calm cats, rather, it’s an offensive snell to them that keeps them away a d obviously makes them LESS comfortable wherever it’s sprayed. Don’t buy this as a calming pheromone, do buy it if you need a deterrent and don’t mind supporting sellers who misinform customers in the hope of some extra sales.

Great for calm vet visits and safe traveling
This stuff is great. My vet uses it to calm cats that come in by spraying a little bit on blankets and towels and putting them over the carriers for a few minutes before taking them out for their visit. I started doing the same at home before we head to the vet with their blanket in their carriers and a towel on top, so they end up staying super calm the whole time. No stress, no scratches, or crying. They didn't even mind the shots. To be fair, all of my cats are super chill and sweet anyways, but the vet is scary and stressful no matter what- and this has made it so much easier.

Bewirkt genau dasbgegenteil!!!
