Shampoo bars can be expensive, so I thought I would try this for my hair and skin. I travel extensively, with a carry on only. I pack light, with only essentials and with very few liquids. The quality of the soap for the price is great. I used all over and I didn’t have a dried out feeling, and my hair was soft. The scent seems strong when you first open it, but when you use it, it leaves a clean, fresh scent on your skin, not overpowering. I even used this to sink wash a few pieces of merino wool shirts. It worked great as well. I will be purchasing Dr. Bronners again.

Love the scent and the feel of the soap

Smells wonderful and clean, leaves your skin soft and refreshed.

My usual brand, but I still prefer the peppermint scent. The rose and citrus scents are too mild for me to notice. The soap is still as good as it always is.

Pretty decent! I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell, didn’t really give roses. More just clean and maybe SLIGHTLY floral? But otherwise the product does what it’s intended to do. Leaves ya squeaky clean!

I was buying this soap for a long time. It's more expensive but better quality, and less drying. Well, after all the tariff shenanighans from the corrupt American admin we're all "buy Canadian" so I found soap from Crate 61 that is Canadian, cheaper, and more moisturizing. Sorry Dr. Bonner. We do love your products but found a better price and product.

The soap has a lovely smell, was delivered on time. Ordered this castile soap to make DIY detergent for prefold cloth nappies: 1 bar of 140gr soap, 2 parts washing soda (280gr), 2 parts (280grams) Borax or Borax Substitute, resulted in much better smelling detergent for nappies than you could buy in a shop.

Like the smell, love the cleaning effect.
