Broken both times I ordered
I returned this the first time I ordered because several pieces were broken. The second time I ordered, the same pieces were broken, so now I am going to have to glue them back myself.

Damaged and sloppy
This arrived with all of the small components (chairs, sign, etc) broken off which had to be repaired. The paint job was also very sloppy and we had to do lots of touch ups. Overall very disappointed.
