One Daily Multivitamin for Men with 21 Nutrients, 30 Tablets

Purchased them throughout the years, several times. Not a single problem, not any sign of rejection from my body, is food based so it's by default better than anything that is not food based. I even did an assisted water fast back in Dec 2022, in which instead of fasting with only water (which becomes dangerous after the 10th - 14th day) I fasted with water and assisted my minerals and vitamins needs, with a mix of 2 MegaFood vitamins and minerals products (the other product being their Men's Advanced Formula of 2 tablets a day, which I consume half a serving, i.e. one tablet), and kept the fast sound and healthy to a surprising 21 days, and completely rejuvenated, specially my skin. Later I did a 31 days long assisted water fast in Jun 2023, and these MegaFood vitamins and minerals products were the cornerstone supplement that kept me throughout it. If the bioavailability of these food based vitamins and minerals formula didn't work the way they do, and if they weren't food based, I wouldn't be here writing this, and otherwise my body organs, especially heart and lungs, would have collapsed and stopped working mid water fast. They carried me through 31 days of a simulated extreme famine, and that's enough evidence for me that this product does in fact deliver a highly usable/absorbable vitamins and minerals formula to its user. Although I don't recommend for normal/untrained personas these sort of fasting sessions lengths, and it was a personal experiment to heal my lower back pain (which I was successful for a certain time frame), the only thing you might want to consider adding is magnesium, Iron, calcium, sodium and potassium, the first 3 of them also available here in different MegaFood formulas. These are legit food based products that works as intended, and I haven't found a single brand that does better. I have personally cancelled, to a point, headaches, by reintroducing this product into my daily intake, and have experience in a transition of two months, better metal process/performance, clearer thoughts, better/uplifted mood, lapses of higher motivation, and overall a better state of well being, in the midst of not having a nutritionally balanced and healthy diet, and I wasn't expecting any of that from a change in nutrition alone. For me, that's more than enough to know, and certainly acknowledge, that these are not placebo effects. The slow but steady changes in mind and body are real, when the body is less deprived, or suffering less deficiencies, of the essential nutrients the body needs to be provided on a daily basis. This specific product brand, in my multiple personal experiences, completely deliver within that context. Not a single stomach problem. Flavor is not a "Con" for me, and if the size is a problem, us a pill cutter and swallow the daily serving in smaller portions.

They don't upset my stomach and I feel they do their job. I'm buying more, as these are the most pleasent multivitamins i've ever consumed. Nice glass container as well. They barely have flavor and smell slightly "herby". They are larger than your average pill, but are shaped well-enough to go down smoothly. Highly recommend!

It is a good vitamin bottle. No side effects. If I take it after lunch, it lasts until the night so i can party during the holidays. The only thing to consider is it is pretty expensive. Wished it was a bit cheaper :(.

The only REAL vitamins out there are whole food vitamins. Anything else contains chemicals and other residues that are not natural to your body and thus are mostly rejected. Your body absorbs every bit of these vitamins because they gather them from real, living foods (which is why you can take them on an empty stomach). If your taking them for the first time you WILL notice a positive difference. I have been taking whole food vitamins for about 6 months now (Garden of Life Vitamin Code, New Chapter Every Man, and these) and I'm pretty used to them and the healthy feeling they give. Sure they cost a pretty penny more but it is definitely worth it when you consider the amount of nutrition you receive. I guess that philosophy supports organic food in general. Consider the nutrition and what you gain from a health perspective. I will give this 5 stars but one thing you should know is that one a day vitamins are not the optimal way to take vitamins. The best vitamins are the ones you take at multiple times throughout the day. If you take one of these in the morning by the middle of the day you will no longer be receiving nutrients from it. But all in all these vitamins are still alot better than 90% of all the other multi-vitamins on the market. If your afraid to spend a large amount of money on vitamins then get these and take one a day and you have a 2 month supply. That actually isn't that bad for the price. If you want to go all out though, I'd recommend Garden of Life Vitamin Code multi-vitamins. These are good though especially to try out first when moving into whole food vitamins.

I like this vitamin because it is a vitamin made from food, since it is made from food you can take it on an empty stomach and won't get that sick feeling you get when taking a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum. What's cool about these vitamins is that they are not made with synthetic ingredeints which are found in other vitamins such as Centrum, the ingredients in these vitamins come from real foods, for example according to the label Vitamin C comes from oranges, Vitamin A - carrots and Vitamin E cabbage. The rest of the nutrients in these vitamins come from brewers yeast called s.cerevisiae (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). All ingredients are Non-GMO. When you look at the label and compare the amount per serving to that of a synthetic vitamin such as Centrum you will quickly notice that the dosages in this MegaFood vitamin are a lot lower than that of synthetic vitamins. The lower dosages do not mean that this vitamin has weaker ingredients, the dosages in this vitamin are actually stronger, and they are lower because these vitamins are made from food and food ingredients absorb in the human body easier than synthetic nutrients made in a lab that the body does not recognize. These vitamins come in a very high quality recyclable glass tinted jar that is easy to store and keep cool. With hyper stomach acidity, got to be very careful with any supplements that upset my stomach and this vitamin is really gentle on stomach However I take it after food and as role of a thumb don’t take any supplements on empty stomach
