I wanted to wait for the full 30 days to give my review. First, I’m a 37 year old female, 5ft and started this 30 days at 131lbs. I have the body type of “she definitely works out but isn’t one to turn down a cookie/taco” or whatever meme you want to reference. I workout 4 days a week by running 5 miles and then doing a 30-45 min Sydney Cummings- houdyshell workout video. The other 3 days I work long shifts in healthcare so my rest is more important to me. I only bought the innoshred and the night shred. I did not buy the cleanse bc I read multiple reviews that you still go to the bathroom plenty and I go daily as I am regular. Bc of the shred I am going up to 5x a day and all before noon. I also get these long winded farts in the mid afternoon but it’s probably I have nothing left in my bowels. I do like that I’m not jittery and it does suppress your appetite. I’m eating 2 small meals and virtually no in between snacking. Also not craving any sweets I really wanted to love the night shred bc there was so many positive reviews. It normally takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep so I am falling asleep within the hour. I do get about 4 hours of deep deep sleep but from 2a-4a I’m tossing and turning and after 4 I’m Back into the deep sleep and then my alarm goes off. I’m way more groggy and takes me longer to wake up bc of the night shred. It also makes me sleep hotter than I already do. My husband says he can feel my body heat radiating to his side of the bed and we’re turning the AC cooler to compensate for it. I did lose 5lbs so I’m now 126 but for the excessive pooping, and groggy, hot sleep, I don’t feel like these are for me. I have already ordered something else to try

I want nothing to do with these anymore. I took1 from my brand new bottle and then you're supposed to take another one later in the day. No way was I going to put myself thru that sick pukey feeling again. Way to much caffeine for me. My body don't like it. The inno cleanse and night shred are fine. They work and I totally stand by the inno cleanse. But this caffeine filled capsule is to much for me. Yuck. Ruined my day. Now I'm stuck with a $55 dollar bottle of NON RETURNABLE caffeine pills. Would be nice if the company would let me have the night shred in place of day shred. If you're sensitive to caffeine. This is NOT for you. I found out I am with this product. It's like drinking 10 super strong cups of coffee at once. Uuuuugggghhhh..

Make sure to be at home the whole day that you start on the capsules, I had diarrhea the whole first day. The capsules gives a great energy boost before workouts! Only taking one serving in the morning will not help with hunger throughout the whole day, but it helps for about half the day. I have not taken a second serving later in the day, simply because I don’t want the energy boost to interfere with my sleeping pattern incase it doesn’t work out before bedtime. I have lost weight while taking the capsules, but I have also changed my eating habits, it is therefore not possible to tell how much weight I have lost because of the capsules alone.

وصلتني علبة الدواء في حالة يرثى إليها من الداخل ، بمجرد فتحي للعلبة وجدت القطنة التي تحمي الدواء من الاهتزاز أثناء النقل كلها مليئة ببودر الكبسولات، ما هذا الكبسولات كلها متسخة. أما بخصوص فعالية الدواء ، صفر فعالية، أول يوم أخذت كبسولة وراقبت شهيتي ولكن لم أشعر بفرق نهائياً بتاتا، وتابعت يومين آخرين صبرا على النتيجة لكن شهيتي للأكل لم تتغير، فاليوم الرابع أخذت كبسولتين معا وفعلا لم أجد أي نتيجة. لا أعرف ما فائدة هذا الدواء، ولماذا الكذب في باقي المراجعات والادعاء انه دواء فعال لكبح الشهية، لابد أنه ترويج كاذب للمنتج. لا يستحق هذا المنتج أي نجمة، لكنني مضطرة أن اختار تصنيفا له.
