Heelys Sassy Roller Skate Shoe (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I have to say, I was hesitant to put the money out for these shoes. $60 for shoes for a growing 10 year old girl is just not what I normally choose. However, my daughter had these at the top of her birthday list, so I decided to splurge and go for it. Oh. My. Word. Am I ever glad I did!! She's barely taken these off! She's worn them almost daily since September, and still thinks they're the greatest things ever. I took her to a store to guage sizing ahead of time, and ended up getting the next size up from what she was wearing at the time. Whether because she's growing so fast, or these run a little large, I'm not quite sure, but they fit her perfectly when they arrived. I ordered through Amazon because they had the best price out of all the online sites and storefronts I checked out. The quality is great, they still look brand new despite being worn non-stop for the past three months. I do wish they would send a couple of extra "caps" for the wheel wells with the shoes, but I'm sure I could find some to buy if I looked. My daughter sometimes has a hard time keeping track of those, although she's had no problems wearing the shoes to school with the wheels out and no caps on them. Out of all the things I've bought my children for gifts just to watch them lose interest within a couple of weeks, I really have to say this is the best money I've ever spent. She's already looking at the next size up for when she outgrows these!

I asked my daughter how she liked her heelys and to rate the shoe out of five stars. She gave the shoe four stars. I asked her why and she said because they never gave her blisters but she fell on her butt a lot. I would just say the heelys take a lot of practice and coordination. I would purchase this item again. The price was a steal and they are really built to last.

Read the reviews about the sizes running small... Ordered one size up and my daughter wheels around these things as often as she can. Great quality as well as nothing has broken on them (yet) All the bling is still on the shoes etc... Great value for the $$$ although I did see them in Academy and I didn't save myself much $ by ordering online.

My daughter wears a size 5-6 in shoes depending on the type, flats or sneakers. Since the heelie is based on a sneaker design I went for the size six. However they sent me a size 7. Storage enough the size7 was perfect. Hence, I imagine the sizes run small and you might want to order the next size up.

My little girl LOVES these shoes. Every time we walk out the door it is always the same question..."can I wear my rollie shoes?" I pull her around everywhere.

The 10 year old I purchased them for liked the design; however, the bling came off of them very easily. I would not recommend getting these for beginners (no Heely experience). I purchased these shoes for her bday party last month and they already look horrible. They are missing most of the design on top. Had I known that I would have purchased a different style.

I had never seen these skate shoes before buying them for my twin nieces. There are some cheap versions in the local stores, so when they arrived, I was absolutely stoked! Superseded any expectations I had. We measured the girls' feet in centimetres and matched it to the corresponding size in the size guide- they fit perfectly! They are a quality shoe and best of all, the girls love them.

Don't expect this shoe to hold up to too much wear and tear (a few rhinestones in front fell off after first wear, but not noticeable)but it is a really fun shoe! My 10 year old loves them. She's worn them both with the wheel in and out. My boys have heelys also (obviously not in this style) but seem to be too young to balance and are struggling with them.
