Slips right off of railing ! Dangerous !
Both clips have failed several times. The clip will "snap" securely well onto the rail but with any lateral bump or tug off goes the fender. Finally threw both away after a simple bump at the dock made my wife reach out to catch one and fall hard . The three large gashes on her knee were quite severe. I will spare the graphic photos ! Not impressed with this product at all !

fits my Rinker
these are nice quality and handy. you can use the cleat on top to shorten up the line if you raft-up or dock at a marina that's not your norm. otherwise, you just set the length that you'll use most often and forget about it. they clip on nicely to the bow rails and hand rails inside the boat too. it's nice to have less rope lying around. when you get under way, just pull them off with ease.i like that these don't have any kind of locking mechanism that might break later on down the road.

ease of Installation.
These "Fender Clips" make a snap to install the fenders "quickly" when coming to the dock. Just adjust the rope length to suit your application. I have a Sanger ski boat and it has no cleats, but does have rails inside the hull on both sides. They work great for my application. I also used these on a pontoon boat I previously had.

Conceptually I love the idea
Conceptually I love the idea. I have one that seems to work well. The other one had a propensity to pop off, and while it wasn't an issue the first couple of times - I'm now missing one fender and clip. Not that it doesn't happen all the time, but I'm going to replace this with the one that locks into place.

Clip came off
I lost a rather expensive buoy using this clip. In all fairness to the manufacturer, the loss may have been my fault. If you decide to buy this clip, I recommend tying a knot at the end of the rope as the picture shows. I ran my line through the clip and back to the buoy. When the boat moved fore and aft from waves, the rope would become twisted due to the action between the boat and dock. When the rope twisted too much, the clip will pull off.

Easy to use and versatile
These are a must for quick placement on boats that offer a round rail to snap these to. After buying a set of these to test on a 4th of July trip, I quickly ordered several sets more for all my fenders. I like how well these snap and hold themselves to the railings. The tie-down cleat on top has just enough size to lock in the adjusted length needed, but yet small enough to allow the size of these hooks not to become cumbersome.

Fits my rails pretty well.

They click when you put them on. Extra safe feature. Love these
I have some just like these but lost one with a new bumper! These actually click when you put them on so now they wonโt come off so easily. I LOVE THESE. Used them this weekend
