Not just turtles!
I crushed this into a powder and mixed it into my gargoyle geckos pangea food to give them insects when I don't have live ones. I like that shrimp are in this for the cartenoids, but don't give these uncrushed to small reptiles as the shrimp are a bit tough. The price is good for what you get and it is fresh. Yes there is a smell, but once you know the difference between a dried insect and a decaying insect, it is easy to know if it is bad. Put some in a small bowl of water if you want to know the BAD smell 😂. They do include little silicone packets to keep them dry and you definitely want to keep them dry! These also would be good as a chicken treat because of the shrimp having antioxidant cartenoids vs just mealworms alone.

Turtle is Happy I am Happy
My red snapper turtle loves this. Other foods she did not like. When I tried this product, she ate like no there was no tomorrow. This is EZ to use, comes with a scooper and there is no Oder, needs no refrigeration, and now she waits at breakfast and dinner time. I am pleased my turtle is eating regularly again.

My aquatic turtles love these bugs!
Fluker's Grub Bag Turtle Treat - Insect Blend, 6 oz Trying this bug assortment for my aquatics for the 1st time, and they just go insane standing on their hind legs and clawing at the glass, they like the pellets they get, but they are "bug-thugs!" for sure! My red ear slider is about 9" long and 30 yrs old with an appetite, eats his bugs and life is good, lol! My smaller painted turtle is same age and used to be pellets only, his choice, these bugs changed his mind, the variety &scent must work for his tastes because he is really enjoying his newly found love for bugs, and you can see how happy they both are on this treat of a food! They do have an aroma, but hey, it's dead bugs and the turtles are so happy to have them, no trouble at all, in the tank & close that lid ! Recommended and plan on buying again when we need to replenish, Fluker's does turtle feed right!

You get A LOT!!!!!
My turtle loves these. This is a huge bag that lasts a long time. I will warn you the crickets are few and far between so you mostly get the other 2, but you get allot of that for your money so it's worth it. We give our turtle a few pinches throughout the day and it lasted us a few months.

Years of wasting money finally over.
My Red Eared Slider turtle is rather picky and I have tried all sorts of brands and types and he would like them for a while, but then start to turn his nose up at them. That isn't the case with this, not only does it last a really long time, making the price point fantastic, but he seems to really enjoy everything in it. I have tried and tried to buy Red Eared slider specific food and he just doesn't enjoy it, but this stuff he really does enjoy. As soon as it hits the top of his water he is all over it. So, if you have a Red Eared Slider like me, buy him or her this stuff and you will be glad you did.

They love it!
We have box turtles at church that we care for and have been feeding lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. I have a friend who is a turtle enthusiast and suggested protein. The search was on! I found these turtles treats and ordered them without hesitation. The bag contains dried mealworms, crickets and shrimp. I added them to the top of the salad as if they were croutons and these lil babies went nuts! It was so fun to watch them attack the treats. One grabbed a mealworm and took off quick. Well, as quick as turtles can go. These will definitely be a staple in their diet!
