Great components
This rebuild kit did exactly what I needed it to do. After installing this, it’s running strong again. It comes with all the main parts, so you don’t have to piece anything together. Only thing I’d say is the quality feels a bit more on the generic side compared to OEM, but for the price, it’s hard to complain. Way cheaper than replacing the whole unit.

Reliable High Air Flow for One Year
This replacement diaphragm kit for metala air pumps is the best. I get just about exactly one year of service from each set. I run the pump 24 seven, about 8,600 hours. They are so easy to install that I don’t replace them until they fail, no need for preventive maintenance.

Perfect!
Perfect for my Hiblow septic pump! Easy to do and works perfect! Much better than spending 1000.00 to replace the pump when it can be easily and affordablely rebuilt!

Works like a charm! Saved me $300
I ordered this rebuild kit for my Hiblow 80 aerator for my septic system. The old diaphragm was completely blown out and the gaskets had become hard and brittle. After cleaning and removing the old diaphragm and gaskets I installed the new ones with included hardware. Everything fit perfectly and my pump it's up and running STRONG. I'm so glad I decided to try this before replacing the pump. Cannot recommend this product enough!

Easy install and worked well
Seems to be good quality but time will tell. It repaired pump so started putting air back in my septic system

Good rebuild kit.
2nd kit I’ve bought. Using our pump for septic service. It lasted over 13,000 hours in Texas weather. 8 deg F to 110 deg F. 24/7 operation. Comes with everything you need to rebuild the pump.

Easy Rebuild for Aqua Aire AA500
This kit worked perfectly with my Aqua Aire 500 compressor. I just followed the steps for any of the several videos on YouTube. This rebuild kit came with a replacement safety pin (screw). Fortunately my AA500 is newer model that uses a safety slide switch instead. I just slid the switch back into place after replacing the diaphragms and all worked great when powered back on. I was able to get over 4.5 years from the original diaphragms that came with my Aqua Aire. Hopefully these diaphragms last as long as the original. I will provide more feedback if these fail anytime soon. UPDATE: These worked 18 months before failing. That’s pretty typical for Texas where the heat can impact the life of these diaphragms. I ordered another set and rebuilt the aerator in 10 minutes. I wish these would have lasted as long as the OEM diaphragms, but this is still a cost effective replacement. A DIY rebuild can save more than a few hundred dollars versus having the septic crew to replace the aerator.

Really bad.
This is the worst kit ever. Had to buy a new kit and redo the whole thing over again. Don’t waste your time & money.
