I didn't actually use it for magazines, but I bought it to put on my bookshelf to hide my makeup and let me tell you, it's a game changer! First of all, the quality is really nice. It's sturdy and well-made, and there were no issues with it at all. It looks great on my bookshelf and adds a little touch of style and personality to my room. These baskets are extremely sturdy and strong, very well made. I especially like their size as they fit nicely into a small space, but really do hold a lot. I live in an apartment and have to make everything fit just right.

I love the look and the size of this basket so much I purchased 3! I use one in my entryway to hide my mail in and 2 for each of my kids to throw their paperwork in so it doesn't clutter their desk spaces. Works great to get the paper clutter contained until I have time to sort through it! Just keep 1 thing in mind: the base of one basket I received is not completely flat so it leans to one side but I just lean it against a wall so it doesn't look bad and it hasn't fallen over. The other 2 baskets I have can stand on their own so it just depends on which one you end up receiving.

Simple and functional with a subtle added flair. I use it as a trash bin with a plastic Kroger bag inside and the brown colors match up pretty well. It’s nice in an infrequently used guest room.

I'm so happy with this purchase. I have been looking of a desk organizer basket that could hold various things like notebooks, papers, extra (slim) keyboard, planner etc.. When I found these baskets online, I wasn't sure if it'd be the right size/design for my needs but I'm so glad I decided to purchase them. They're exactly what I was looking for. Finally my desk and work area looks tidy, and stylish too. A one thing to note: The baskets get narrower towards the bottom. Please take that into a consideration when you're sizing it for your needs. It worked perfectly for my case. Just important to mention.

This is an attractive, well-made basket, but it is narrower than 2 of the 4 pictures show. It actually seems that 2 of the pictures, including the main one, are of a different item. They make it appear that the basket is the same (or nearly the same) width at the base as at the top. The other 2 pictures show a thinner basket that narrows at the bottom. While the top of the basket has a 5 inch width (actually 5 1/8) at the top, measured from the outside edges, the bottom of the basket only has a 3 1/2 inch width. Given the thickness of the basket, this means you only have 3 inches of interior space at the bottom in terms of width. Thus, you only have room for a few magazines. In addition, the narrow base makes it prone to toppling over if there's too much weight. The item may suit some people's needs. Excelente producto hecho de fibras naturales tal y como se esperaba. En vivo es mucho mas linda que en las imagenes, totalmente recomendable incluso para ser pieza importante de cualquier sala en el hogar.

I love this magazine/book holder. It’s been working like a charm and is super cute. I can see what others are saying about it being top heavy. But I have it butted up against a tv stand and it isn’t a problem.
