Poor shipping!
***update2- see pictures. Still no luck. As soon as I took it down after days hoping it would lose its roll memory, it rolled right back up. SMH! Such a pain!!! ***update. 2plus days later and nothing has worked to flatten these posters. Blow dryer does not work. I've decided to just leave it flattened under my gym mat for the week! SMH! I was a little hesitant to order these posters from Palace Learning. I reached out prior to ask some questions and they were very short and blunt in their response. Not much for customer service. But they are also the only ones that sell these posters on Amazon that detail joint injuries. So I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. They are good quality and are double sided. So you get all major joint injuries - the knee, the shoulder, and the hip! Exactly what I was looking for. Their description and pictures should be update to reflect that. But minus one star for how it shipped! Laminated posters that are to be hung on your walls SHOULD NOT be rolled into tiny little tubes similar to Christmas gift rapping tubes you end up with after using all the wrapping paper! SMH! Twenty four hours later and I'm still trying to straighten these out. I have tried their towel blow dry method and that didn't help at all. Overnight, I had a flat Gym Platform Square laying on it and it still didn't help. That's like 25lbs! They also suggested using an Iron. Who has irons anymore?!?! Plus IME, I have damaged things in the past using an iron to flatten it out. I'm sure they wrap it in tight tubes for inventory storage efficiency, but these are lamenated so are better protected. They should have been shipped flat!
