Spenco Polysorb Walker/Runner Athletic Insole, Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5

I've been a fan of these insoles for a long time and was sad when Footlocker stopped selling them. These changed the game for me when I was working retail in a shop with a concrete floor. After a shift my knees and hips would be killing me. Then an older construction worker told me they were the best he's ever used and he'd tried them all. I gave them a shot and knee and hip pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. The men's 8-9 fit perfectly into my size 10 Vans and 9.5 Converse. I recommend them to anyone I know. Now I do bartending and serving and still swear by them. So grateful these are available on Amazon now.

スペンコと言えば、RXコンフォートやアーチが有名ですが、それらはヒールがカップ形状ではないので踵が靴の中でブレるのが難点でした。 それに比べてウォーカー・ランナーは踵がカップ形状なので踵が固定されて歩きやすいです。 ただ、厚さがRXコンフォート等より厚いので、 その場合は、ウォーカーの薄いバージョンである、ベアフットというモデルがお勧めです。 Amazonでは取り扱ってませんが、楽天等であります。
