Well made and very bright!
I wanted a flood light to illuminate an INDOOR multi-floor stairwell for increased safety and visibility and it has switched power. Since I had such a positive response with another Glorious-Lite for a different stairway,I chose their 2 pkg 50 watt offering.(that stairwell did not have switched power so needed solar charged)These arrived quickly and the first thing I noticed was the weight. They’re built well and have a large heat sink to adequately dissipate heat. The 4ft. power cord is thicker than it needs to be and features an on-off switch and a grounded plug. It was very easy to mount to the wall, I first only used the center hole in the tilt bracket to set the angle, then added the other two wall anchors and plugged it in.It is VERY bright…5500-6000k so I angled it to bounce off an adjacent wall and ceiling without the possibility of being able to look into it, and it makes the stairwell look like daylight anytime it’s on.Since I’ve only had them a week, I cannot speak to longevity and since it’s indoors, I cannot speak to how it would hold up in outdoor weather, but if I was to use the other one outdoors, I would make sure it was under an overhang to avoid it becoming wet. I was planning to use them both in the stairwell but there’s no need, one does a great job. The manual from Glorious-Lite states there’s a 60 day money back guarantee for any quality problems and an 18 month warranty, I presume for replacement should they malfunction. They also mention contacting them by clicking “ask a question” in their store, but I was not able to locate their store on Amazon or via Google so that’s not reassuring, however, I’m not going to worry about that until I need to. I think they are well-worth the $40 to have a pair of free-standing/mountable flood lights with power switches on them. They may only draw 50 watts from the power line, but the light they put out is more than a couple of 100 watt bulbs and is better distributed. I want to again mention that you don’t want to mount these where there’s a possibility of looking into them.Glorious-Lite, please respond to this review and post your contact info….thank you.UPDATE . . . about 2 months later:The lamp is continuing to do its job very effectively…I can’t imagine not having it now….AND, our kitchen ceiling light fixture recently had a ballast failure and I remembered having the 2nd LED lamp tucked away for such an emergency….since it has a short power cord and power switch, it made a nice easel-type work light on the kitchen counter to illuminate the kitchen ceiling to enable the removal and re-mounting of the fixture with the bad ballast so even if you think you only need 1 LED lamp, having a spare is a very good idea for those unexpected needs.

Great LED Flood Lights
Very nice, truly bright lights, and the quality seems good thus far, so we'll see how long they last. I did not notice any excessive heat buildup.

Excellent light - Great value
I currently have a more expensive tripod light (see photo below) but these lights are just as good and are a far better value. I repurposed two old halogen light stands by removing the old halogen lamps and replacing them with these lamps. One of the photos below gives a closeup of the attachment to the old stand. I used the same threaded bolt that came with the halogen stand and used my drill to slightly increase the center hole on one of the new lamp brackets. The other photo below shows the entire lamp. It is much easier to move around the construction area than the tripod lamp and it fits in tight spaces light closets. It was very useful for mudding and painting. I especially like the toggle on/off switch on the cord. My tripod lamp has push buttons that are difficult to use.Since I had a couple of old halogen lamps I retrofitted both of them. I've been using them extensively during my construction project without any problems. This turned out to be one of my better purchases, plus I was able to recycle/reuse two halogen lamps, saving them from the dump.

Great replacement for halogen work lights
I have several sets of old work light stands that held two halogen lights and the bulbs were hot, fragile, and not cheap. Instead of ordering more old bulbs, I thought I would give a set of these a try and am so far pleased with the results with a few modifications. The old work light stands are the kind with three folding legs and a telescopic mast to raise the light bar high where two units are affixed. Swapping the old lamps with a set of these is simple except for one issue: as they are built, the mounting brackets on the LED lamps cannot rotate 360-degrees around the light body (you can't swing the mount all the way around). The outside face of the body is larger than the bracket width. If you try to mount these with the bracket vertically down (clamped to the top of the stand's light bar) and the lamp pointing horizontally straight ahead, you can only adjust the light upwards.I need these to angle up and down so I bend the bracket wide enough to fit around the lamp body. Then, I used some longer socket cap screws and added a few washers on each side where the mounting bracket is affixed to the sides of the lamp. This way the bracket is out far enough to where I can rotate the lamp up and down. See the attached photo - simple and cheap fix.I intend to use these in my shop and outside this fall/winter to illuminate my child's soccer field. They are VERY bright and big. If you have an old set of work lights on a stand and want to do the same conversion, check the distance between mount points on your stand to ensure these fit. If they do and you're willing to tinker a bit, you shouldn't be disappointed. I am so pleased with the results that I will order another set to convert more work lamps from halogen to LED.

Bright and Responsive
Bought these to replicate lightning in a tiki bar. A little too bright for that application, but with a little parchment paper over the top, works fantastic. Flash brightly enough to go from one end of a 700sq ft room to the other, with light to spare.
