Nice, modern faucet but the box arrived already cut opened and items were obviously installed/ used previously.

Style and quality seem pretty good, however the flexible connectors with plastic snap locks concern me. You can’t tell if they are all the way connected, and the first couple times I didn’t get them all the way on and they leaked. As I was adjusting them one blew off and got water everywhere before I was able to get to the handle and shut off the water. They seem very touchy and my concern is if my kid knocks one underneath, it’ll fly off. I liked that it has the supply line connected and included - I wish the connections from the handle to the spout were as solid as from the handles to the shut off. The finish of the faucet is good. I still have trouble getting the spout to tighten as much as I’d like it to the countertop. Every time I think I have it tightened it ends up loosening and moving a little bit. For the price, I’m pretty happy but would certainly pay more for better connections

Beautiful, modern sleek design. Installation wasn't too complicated. Internal plastic cartridge broke within first month of installation. Only contact information for customer service is email. Been waiting on email response for over 3 weeks now to see if I can get a replacement part since it is warrantied. Hopefully, someone will respond soon! Disappointed. Was hoping to use this brand for all our bathroom remodels, but due to customer service and faulty product, will have to use a different brand in the future. Would not recommend.

Cold and hot handles are not easy to get adjusted...

Looks great, easy install. GREAT price compared to other matte black widspread faucets. The size is perfect, not too tall and water comes out in nice thick stream. My only complaint is the hot water handle gets very toasty when running for a bit, I do not forsee that being a big issue since its the sink though. We just had water running while testing for leaks.

I bought 2 sets for our master bath sinks. I like the style. Needs regular tightening of the faucets. I also had some issues with the handles not staying tight. With one handle, when turned to off position, the water slows down gradually before stopping completely.I had my regular handyman, who has done hundreds of jobs for us over 15 years, do the install and asjustments. It must be something in the manufacturing or design that is the weak link. I will keep them until they fail completely.

While being beautiful, my faucet was installed for a mere 3 months before the hot water started leaking due to a cracked plastic valve. I’ve emailed the company twice for a replacement part and have not even received a response. Completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this manufacturer.

This faucet is incredibly easy to install for a 3 hole separate system it is easy. The top caps are smaller than many so be warned if you have larger holes it may have an issue as others mentioned. However many mention it is hard to install...it is NOT hard to install. Installation took under 15 minutes for me, bathroom fixtures are always a pain due to contortionist requirements :)

Terrible sellers!! Do not buy!They refused to replace and didn’t offer to fix the problem. Told me that Amazon themselves should deal with it.Not too easy to install. The handles to the faucet are in rather than out. Doesn’t look very nice. Cheap. & is leaking- photos show.

The media could not be loaded.  Bad product , hot water side started leaking after 8 months , Total waste of money .. plumber would charge extra 😔

Started leaking on the hot water side after 2 months of use. We bought two of these and the hot water and cold water knobs don’t stay fixed. Also, the hot water knob won’t stay fixed and is dripping water even after the valve is completely closed. Stay away from this product!
