The book is Based on latest research, not wordy and has guides to get you started on your fitness journey. Would recommend for someone even if they are not taking a course with it.

Very helpful resource for my personal health and wellness classes. It has all the answer to several questions for every homework assignment that I was assigned by my instructor. This is a great reference textbook if students wanted to be successful in this introduction to health and wellness class.

This book came in great condition, never really used it for my class so I’m gald I didn’t spend too much money buying it!
