I picked up the Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads to make wearing my tight shoes more comfortable, and they've been a solid addition to my footwear. Pros: ✅ Great cushioning. The silicone provides a lot of comfort and relief, especially during long walks or standing for extended periods. ✅ Non-slip. They stay securely in place inside your shoe and don’t move around, even after hours of wear. ✅ Versatile. Can be used in a variety of shoes—flats, heels, sneakers, etc. ✅ Durable. They’ve held up well after several weeks of use and cleaning. Cons: ⚠️ A little bulky. They’re thicker than I expected, so they can make shoes feel a bit tighter than usual, especially in already snug footwear. ⚠️ Sticky residue. After a while, the adhesive can lose some of its stickiness, so they might need to be repositioned. ⚠️ Sizing issues. They may not fit well in shoes with very low heels or certain narrow styles. Final Thoughts: The Ballotte Premium Silicone Heel Pads provide excellent comfort and relief for sore heels and feet. They work well in many types of shoes, though they can add a bit of thickness. Worth trying if you need extra padding for longer wear, but be mindful of shoe fit.

Work well to fill the space between your heel and shoe, but will slip down a bit while wearing them.

This was my 2nd order. Reduces your shoe size about a 1/2 size. They are comfortable. Reduce rubbing on the heel & stay in place. Great product!

These fit perfect and are not too tight or loose with them in. Even if your shoe is for example a size 7 in women’s but you need to wear a size 6.5, just a half size difference, it will still work cause the gel inserts squish in a bit. They have a little bit of give. I bought shoes that were 7-7.5, but when arrived they were too big as my heel slipping out of the shoe. I exchanged them for a 6-7, but when they got mailed to me they were still slipping out of my shoe. I was bummed as they didn’t have the next size down. I usually wear a 7.5 as 7 shoes usually squish my toes a bit. These are made in Portugal so their sizing is different from US sizes for sure! I isn’t want to return these one of kind beautiful shoes, but these gel inserts saved the day! You even get 8 pieces. I bought the double padded, 5.5 inches long/ 3.3 inches across. They are clear, durable and thicker than most inserts for the heel and feel so comfy, I don’t feel them at all and they work like little miracles! Best heel grips I’ve found for sure! So happy! Best $13 I’ve ever spent!

high quality package and materials looked like they were very high quality upon opening. I also really liked the weight of these – upon opening the product seemed substantial and well made and the number of them seemed like a fair amount for the cost – that made it feel like a very good value for money. Note they were not "too heavy," since they are quite small, but there's a solid, quality feeling to them. the build quality also was better than i expected. they felt substantial, durable, and well made. i also liked how clear they looked. this helps hide or mask their presence in the show but also, at least to me, clearer plastics and rubber components denote quality. There really wasn't much i did not like and they did the job, so my gut feeling is 5-stars. They did the job, have lasted since i began using them, and have also kept looking new and clear through repeated use. the only minor critique would be they might taper a bit more on the part that goes under the foot. my heel may be overly sensitive but I can definitely feel the transition / bump-down where the insert ends under my foot. This is a minor thing though. I got used to it quickly. Not worth losing a start over. Also of note, if you have not used such inserts before, there were very, very easy to use. I think if you are buying this you know exactly what you need and what it does. the instructions were, frankly, wholly unnecessary. but, that said, they were clear and accurate and if i were a bit unsure they would have helped. Also, if your shoes are a tad too long, these can help with better fitment, but just heel-lift.

Didn't work for me or my shoes. Heal still comes out when walking🤷🏾‍♀️

A pair of black leather pumps ordered in my correct size slipped off my heels making them unable to walk in. These soft, adjustable inserts were absolutely the answer for the problem. They are extremely comfortable and totally made the brand new shoes wearable. So appreciative of them, and I don’t think you’ll regret purchasing this product.

I have not found these helpful. The Silicone slips and as others have mentioned the adhesive is not as sticky as I would hope. I was hoping to love these, while they offer some softness to the shoes they are not the best I have tried and they are fairly expensive for 4 pairs. Would not buy again! I wish I could have bought and tried one set for a quarter of the price.
