perfect for 55lb dog
these were great for cleaning my dogs ears when she had an ear infection. they helped clear out gunk and I also applied medicine inside her ears with these.

We have a larger 70 pound dog with one ear that gets waxy, especially in the hot and humid summer months. I have to clean this ear at least once per week to stay ahead of any infection and have always struggled to have the right tools for the job. I got the size medium swabs and am so glad I didn’t get the large. The medium is the perfect size for swabbing the outer part of his ear canal thoroughly and big enough that I can’t go any deeper. Vets advise against going too far into a dog’s ear canal when cleaning, so these are perfect. They are very sturdy with the wooden handle, soft and absorbent too. These swabs are a great tool for my arsenal of weapons to battle excessive ear wax in our pooch!

Works to clean dogs outer ears
The quality is wonderful. Tight cotton tips that didn’t come apart. My only suggestion is to make the tips just a little smaller. I have a small dog and the tips are a bit bulky.

Nice size for dog ears.
Ordered these for my dogs ear infection which required daily cleaning. These were perfect for scooping up the yeast, without having to worry about going too deep. The large applicator allows me to insert in ear, twist and remove with no fuss.

Work well and convenient, thin cotton at the tip
They get the job done and are convenient, but the wood stick comes through the cotton so just be careful when using on your dog and don't go too hard downward.

These are quality products for cleaning your dogs ears but are better suited for larger dogs. Here’s a comparison to a regular swab for a visual. Not really suitable for my shih tzus unfortunately. But I wouldn’t hesitate if I owned a big dog. These are serious!
