Reusable Replacement Collection Bag 1 Pack

I have been using this product for my father for a few years now. First of all, it's a great product and a life changer. There is nothing like this in the market when it comes to convenience. However, the new bag is poorly designed. It lasts only a few days, yes DAYS. The previous design lasted at least 2-3 months before leakages, but this new one is useless. My father has no option so he is still using it. Now we have placed a clear tote under the bag to avoid the carpet getting wet. The leaks now go in the tote. And no, this review is not after trying the 1st bag. As mentioned earlier, we have been buying this for couple of years now. This is my 4th or 5th new bag. All the bags lasted only a few days (not weeks) before showing the signs of leakage.They should look at the design immediately.

They had a great product in the past, but the new bags do not hold up like the ones from the past. We probably won't be ordering any more in the future because it's not worth the price anymore. I even contacted them about one of their new bags leaking after a few weeks, and it was never replaced or refunded. They lost a good customer and they know it.

This product is great if it wouldnt leak at the hose. This is the second one we used that has done this. It is good for like a month and then it starts to leak. The first time the company responded to my email and gladly replaced it. I ordered a second one just in case and now this one is leaking too. I emailed them twice and they are not responsive. I will be looking for another product. These replacement bags are too expensive to leak that easily. My husband only uses it at home by his hospital bed, not to travel with it since it is so unreliable. Do not travel with this bag...or you may have a mess.

My husband used the original and the quality was superior. The only drawback was not a separate bag to change. The old system lasted 6 months. The new design lasted a month! It started leaking at the base by the blue hose. We are on the second bag now. Hopefully it lasts at least 3 months.

This product has been a lifesaver for around 3 years for my elderly bedbound mother. Even though it's a bit pricey, I wouldn't know what to do without it. I buy a replacement bag about every 5-6 months, and I replace the bottle about every year. I clean the extra bottles with bleach and keep them on hand just in case I need them later. I only wish my mothers insurance would pay for them. Great product!

This is a life saver ! I take care of my father he was calling me continuously to empty the urinal I hang in a small trash can empty every morning !

This is the second one I purchased, started leaking so I ordered a second one Thinking I may have caused it in some way but after a short time it also started leaking in the same place, where the drain hose attaches to the bag. Made a mess!
