this is third time i ordered from this company.Bulgar wheat is hard to find in bigger grocery stores. if you do, it costs much more and it only comes in one serving boxes(mix) this size is perfect for making tabouleh and no boiling water, etc. add hot water in measuring cup and chill for at least an hour before using for a cold meditrerain salad....its good hot as a side dish with your favorite seasoning
