Worked but not user friendly
Before you buy this make sure your tag is 125khz. This reader can only clone T5577 and EM4305 chips. The included tag was able to be read but not written too. I was successfully able to clone a HID Prox tag using a T5577 card I bought separately. You need to place the tag where the lights and buttons are. That is the only location that was able to read/write. Good value if you’re somewhat technical and can figure it out through trial and error.

Doesn’t work
I tried writing from one door entry key fob to another and it did not work. Tried it 100 times in every position possible but it did not work. The keys fobs were identical. That sums up my review.

Must have 125Khz
It is a little difficult to get the positioning right to get it to scan, which you can expect from something this cheap. However it reads and rights, I took the suggestion from other comments and bought my own rfid chips and it works great. Saved me a bunch of money!

Not worth it
Tried multiple times to copy a key card I have but doesn’t appear to read it, tried other cards but won’t work

Doesn't work. It turns on and makes noise but actually programming a clone, nope.

Works as expected for simple 125 khz cards
Used to clone 125Khz access card. It was tricky to read the source, but once I moved over the card it successfully read it. Beeps on write and all done.
