Excellent book 1. Very recommendable. I have books 2 to 4 I got years ago. I did have book 1 but somehow It was missing. enc my purchase of this. These books are the first books I started my musical journey with. I recommend these books and this book 1 especially if you are starting out on learning, and to keep for reference and practice.Delivery,Packing. Quality all 100%. I tried this method aswell as the William Leavitt method. Personally this method worked better for me, i found the Leavitt method to be to fast paced and difficult. This book goes at a very achievable pace for anyone learning to read notation without a tutor. I am going to move onto the leavitt method in the future as that method has great theory + fingerings. Nonetheless, I would seriously recommend using at-least the first volume of this book before starting the Leavitt method as you will quickly lose motivation otherwise.
