I'm very well familiar with IPL technology, I bought my first device around 6-7 years ago. It was philips lumea for about £350 which had a limited number of flashes.I have always had very good results and as my philips lumea has already dead for some time I have been looking for a cheaper but reliable replacement.I received this device 3 weeks ago, started to use it straight away, and already pleased with results. I don't see any difference with my previous expensive device and don't see any point to pay more just for a well-known brand name.Glide mode saves time when I use it for my legs. And flash mode is good for bikini area and armpits.I'm very pleased to see the led screen which shows incredible 999, 999 flashes.And I was surprised about complimentary sunglasses and a razor and 2 types of plugs.Good detailed instruction provides a complete guide on how to avoid burns and achieve the best results.Definitely worth buying

Burned my skin bad in one place on the inner thigh. So far I see no improvement on any area I used it for (legs, underarms, upper lip, chin and bikini line). I still use it 3 times a week and will update later.1133 flashes after and still no improvement in any area. Luckily no additional burns.There's also a flaw with the buttons position. I'd swap around turn on and off with flash. Otherwise very easy to switch intensity by mistake.Update: In the last couple of days I noticed big bald patches on my legs! I was getting ready to give up, but now I'll continue. I'd recommend doing 2 consecutive flashes in 1 spot. Also, try not to use on the gentle places after using it on the high setting. I think that what happened when I got burned.And another update: it seems to be having problems with some areas on my legs - hair still there as thick as before, and my underarms. Better on the upper lip though.Update: Hair came back once I stopped using it.

I've been using this primarly on my facial hair for a month now and there is a small and slow progress. I use it every other day. (There is also a guide on how and how often to use this). I will update in a few months when I actually see results.

Operating button broke on - genuinely - the second press. You have to press and hold the button to change between flash and glide modes, one press-and-hold and the button fell in! I did manage to try it on flash mode prior to this - it operated even when it wasn’t fully pressed to my leg - so there are no safety features, light leaked out from the seams of the plastic so risk of damaging your eyes.The instructions are unintelligible - had to look up the online instructions of a more well known brand to find out how often to treat - these instructions say 3x a week for 4 weeks - the more expensive brand say 1x a week. ????Feels cheap and plasticky- you get what you pay for I suppose. Went straight back in the box and returned. Will try a more expensive quality one.Wouldn’t waste your time and money - feels dangerous to me.

I selected this particular model because I liked the sleek design and because it has a high number of flashes compared to others on the market.Nevertheless I was sceptical as I've had hairs on my chin for as long as I can remember and have tried several methods of removal, including professional Laser light treatment which was too expensive to continue with.I'm delighted to say that after using this little machine regularly for a couple of weeks there is a noticeable difference. The thick stubble chin hairs are gradually disappearing and not growing back.Its very easy to use. The heat levels are adjustable and it takes just a couple of minutes to carry out one treatment. That means it's easy enough to use regularly and to see results quickly.I would recommend.

Description of the product says "Permanent" hair removal, yet reading the instruction once product received, you will understand that you need to use this Hair removal every week to ensure hair looks permanently removed.If that had been explained in the description, I would have not bought the product.Misleading.

Not the perfect photo but, you can that I start using this product and that’s my results. Easy to use without pain and redness. I got black strong hair, it’s working for me. Now it’s much easy to slow down growing my hair usually I have to do it, every third day. Not expensive price, happy with results, thank you.
