This thing is amazing. Especially if you have little ones. I went through a situation a few years ago with my tiny 5m baby. Pepper spray got this crazy person away from us. I think everyone should own a pepper spray and this one is a step above that. Having it be able to send your location to your emergency contacts is great! Just in case your in a bad situation and back up is needed. The app is easy to install and set up too! Highly recommend

I bought this for me and my daughters. My husband and my dad are set to get notifications and our location if we spray it. This gives me and our family so much peace of mind! Every girl needs one of these :) When you first set it up you can do a test without spraying it and it calls and texts your designated contacts that you have depressed your spray and then gives them your location.

I bought the spray for my daughter’s birthday. I liked the feature that you can add my contacts to the device. My daughter works late some nights and this gives her some sense of security. If she were to use it, it notifies the five contacts that there’s possible danger. This was a very important feature for me.

My husband picked this out for me since I like to go walking very early in the mornings. I like how it feels in my hand, good grasp. I love that I can put it on my key chain, won't loss it like the last one I had. Have not had to use it so I can't say anything else about it.

I have not had to use this deviceyet, thank goodness, but I feel so much safer with it. I pay for the extra surveillance. I work downtown in the city, and I am often walking into parking garages late at night, and I like the fact that my husband and parents can always track me. I also like the fact that it will start recording the minute it is activated and it will be sent to my husband, or whoever else I have chosen.

Seems to be a sturdy product. Was easy to set up and when I tested, it notified my two emergency contacts. I haven’t used it and I hope I don’t ever need to, but I did like all the features I’ve used so far.Edited to say I somehow lost one of the magnets that connect the pepper spray to the keychain. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new keychain free of charge. So surprising to get great customer service in today's world!

The smart mini we received will not connect to the app and I cannot figure out how to replace it since it is non-returnable do to hazmat regulations

I haven’t tested the spray yet but I imagine it works as well as any other pepper spray. Tested the alert function on my emergency contacts and it called and texted them really quick with my coordinates (my dad who is a retired police officer absolutely loves it). magnet that secures the spray to the keychain is super strong so I can’t imagine it falling randomly while walking and it’s held up being in my purse, but it can definitely be taken off easily with enough force if needed. safety lid is easy to lift and overall I feel a lot safer with it on my keychain.
