Can you use this to listen during pregnancy?

Honestly, I never used mine on a pregnant patient, but it works really well for bodily noises (heart, stomach, lung, intestines..). I'm sure it will work for pregnancy as well.

Can use this on my cat?

You could use it on your cat this in not veterinarian stethoscope though. The ADC 604 Pediatric stethoscope might be better it is the same but the bell is smaller so it might be easier to to hear the heart beat.Thank you,Customer Service
