Good, versatile pans for small portions
I bought this set because I needed a new 2-quart non-stick saucepan. I wasn't sure what I would do with the oddly small fry pan, but it soon became a favorite. It's such a convenient size for cooking for one or two people, especially vegetables, or when you wouldn't want the food spreading over too large a cooking surface. I've sautéed spinach and rapini, made hash browns, and even a small stir fry. Its small cooking surface wouldn't be adequate for an omelette, but because it's oven safe to 400 degrees F or so, it's perfect for a four-egg frittata — and much easier to deal with than the cast iron skillet typically called for.I am surprised at the reviews claiming poor quality from All-Clad. I've been using the small fry pan several days a week since purchase, and I see no signs of wear other than light scratches from the plastic spatula I use to slice frittatas. My highly rated Oxo Good Grips non-stick 8-inch skillet showed similar wear after the first time I used it, and all I did was lightly toast bread crumbs!

Great pans
I have had all-clad for years. I have had fry pans throughout the years that were other brands and ordered non stick. They were all right for about a year and always had to replace them. This time I spent the money and ordered these. What a difference. They are a little more but know I will have these for years. I am so happy with them.

One of the best pans I've ever used
All-Clad really makes very decent kitchenware, and they are mostly not skyrocket kind of high price. Been using these pans for months now and they are super nice for cooking steaks, fish, eggs, veggies, and almost everything. Very easy to clean, haven't had any issues with them! The only tiny downside is that they are a little bit heavy compared to other pans, other than that they are amazing.

Ease of Cooking and Clean Up
I have two stainless steel pieces that I've had for years and love very much. However, I decided to try out the Essentials Nonstick Fry Sauce pan, 4-Piece, Grey set and I really enjoy my new frying pan and sauce pot. I've made pancakes and omelets, stir fry vegetables and it's been just wonderful and clean up is really easy. What I most like about the cookware is the quality - it looks and feels sturdy and durable and well worth the price.

Solid pans. Solid value.
Sturdy, functional pans, for not a lot of money when compared to similar products. Like the extra short handles and the see-through lid. We have been enjoying these pans.
