Cheers it’s fun to use great little gadget to have in your bar
Seen it used in bars kind of cool. I’ve not got the hang of it quite just yet. But I poured myself a few good ones cool bar utensil obviously using it for Saint Pats😉

Very useful, learning curve for use.
Brilliant tool. I use it to make undertow coffee (layers of syrup, milk, and an esspresso shot) with smoother definition between layers. Only thing is that you have to lift the tool up above the cup or it will make an airtight seal and the flyid will not go through the holes into the cup. If you lift it to let air pass, then it works great!

As long as you use a thick enough IPA this works perfect. Make sure the stout is poured slowly in the center and it should trickle down perfectly. Overall very well pleased and worth the money to have perfect at home Black & Tan's.
