Good stuff!
I have always struggled with my mood/restless mind and anxiety type issues, these teas work great, and taste great. I have ordered these quite a few times at this point and will continue to. They helped me to calm my mind and thoughts and chill out after a long day. Used to be a big drinker and have gotten away from that finally but I still most days need help unwinding and these definitely help with that.Highly recommend giving them a try.

Daddyโs Fave
Every time my dad visits, even in the morning, he asks for tea. And this is his go-to. It actually does make you feel calm. It tastes lovely and slightly sweet spicy without being overwhelming. I have an entire wall dedicated to teas, literally over 100 in my house and then I have bins of extra in the storage room. Typically Iโll go through 12 bags a day because I use teas medicinally. Iโd say yogi teas in general are good for that. If you have not yet gotten on the tea bandwagon, you donโt know what youโre missing. And if youโre on any meds or deal with any afflictions whatsoever and you havenโt obsessed over the magical medicinal qualities of teas and herbs, your life will be greatly improved by researching and investing in several teas. If you occasionally feel stress, for example, there is a tea called relaxed mind. I donโt even want a glass of wine anymore, havenโt had a drink in months. Often these teas actually do what they say. This one does.

If someone could confirm that ashwaganda doesn't interfere with thyroid, I'd love to keep taking!
I'm prone to nightmares and sleep problems. This tea before bed was a lifesaver with both of those. Slept through the night like a baby. That said, I recently found I have a serious thyroid issue and doctors don't want to seem to clarify if ashwaganda (a main ingredient) can be safely taken alongside it. I've stopped until I can find out. The thyroid is incredibly sensitive and important, so I can't take the chance. I'm suggesting you do research -- if it wasn't for the uncertainty, I'd absolutely recommend.

Staple
One of my go-to teas for relaxing before bedtime. I love the taste and have been buying this flavor regularly for a while now. Definitely a staple in my pantry.

Great tea...for several reasons.
This is my favorite tea and has been for the last year or so. Why? B/c I tend to drink my cup of tea in the evening when I need to wind down from a long, stressful day. This tea does the job. Over the course of many years, I've tried umpteen brands and types of teas that claim to relax you, including chamomile. None of those teas hold a candle to this one. (Side note - if I have a desire for a cup of tea earlier in the day, this is still my preferred choice.) Furthermore, my body is sensitive to tannins in tea and certain parts of my body get very "angry" if I have too much. So, I have to be careful not to have too much of ANY tea, as tannins are in most. My body and this tea seem to get along nicely for some reason. (Maybe it is the Nettle in there.) Another plus is the all-organic list of herbs in this tea. (That said, it has stevia in the tea, as well, but that is not listed as organic. So, I don't know if it is.) Lastly, I personally enjoy the taste very much. (Some teas that claim to be relaxing taste awful. How is that relaxing if you're wincing while you're drinking it?) No, this one is good on many levels, a keeper.

Very calming
Relaxed Mind is helping me with genetic family tendencies to anxiety and with symptoms known to be caused by coming off an anti-depressant. that includes hypersensitivity, anxiety, and muscle spasms. This tea contains ashwaganda and gotu kola, both of which have been studied and shown to be effective against anxiety. The Relaxed Mind tea has been very helpful.

One of my favorite teas
This tea is one of my favorites for calming my mind and body. I enjoy sipping it in the evening before I go to bed. The flavor could be off-putting if you have a 'typical' American palette which has been conditioned to a narrow range of flavors dominated by sugar and salt. But I find it so comforting and enjoy this tea many evenings each week.

Pleasant, but not Yogi's best
I LOVE Yogi Tea. To be quite honest I'm crazy about it. A coworker gave me a few varieties and I was just astonished how tasty a simple herbal tea could be. I'm fond of nice wine, Belgian beers, excellent espresso, black tea, yerba mate, and other very interesting, flavorful things. I never tasted an herbal tea like these. All of this is to say, these are some wonderful, high-quality teas. The caveat is, almost every one has one very prominent 'base note'. I should also note that while I'm interested in the effects of homeopathic or 'traditional' herbal remedies, I'm really not any more than curious. I'm a skeptic. I'm just interested in how each recipe actually helps me feel. My interest in these teas is primarily for the fantastic flavors from their high-quality ingredients. Relaxed Mind is predominantly sage. Some bags have a sweet twinge, some are really a dry sage mix that seems more like a solution of Italian cooking herbs. It is pleasant but not my favorite. I do think it has some positive, calming effects. I would like it better if the sage was more balanced with other flavors.
