Great experiment but....
It did not fly as shown in the box and my smarty pants son was disappointed. I explained the reaction but he said that the box lied. I may try it again with a new baking soda box just to make sure my problem is not that mine is about to expire.

Fun for kids-use glass bottle to make it shoot higher!
Use it on top of a glass Soda or beer bottle and it’ll work 100 x better than the cylinder they give you

Lame was how the twins described it
Nerf like foam is too weak to create a seal to build pressure.Best we achieved was about 2 feet high.Product picture shows going head height of a child, but we could not get it there, even with modifications.Nothing exciting or mind stimulating here.

Awesome little rocket
The media could not be loaded. Awesome little rocket. Very easy to use. The opening to pour baking soda in the rocket is narrow. So, we used a normal juice straw to push/pour baking soda into it.
