Absolutely love it
It’s nice and colourful in appearance it’s really light weight it’s an A5 size book I’m not a drinker so I edited the front with the stickers because the lemons were so cute it’s really easy to use really useful to keep track and I will definitely buy another in a different style when this is full ❤️

I love this book! So much in there. The stickers are so cute and theres so much to personalize and plenty room for creativity. Having a book usually helps me to keep focus and stay on plan! Also if I'm stuck for ideas... I ca flick back to previous days/weeks to get the losses that i love! So much love and care has gone into creating and printing this book. The paper is good quality, it's really thick and strong. Theres loads of useful stuff in there too and the cute inspirational quotes. Can tell it's made by love in the UK!

My sister loved it
Bought as a Christmas gift for my SW obsessed sister. She loves it! I thought it looked slightly 'cheap' for the price... bit I do know this company is an independent retailer so this may be why. That being said it is fabulous and everything you need in a diet recording book!

Colourful
Lovely slimming world friend book. Easy to use with lots of different pages and sections. Size is great, fits in a handbag. The only down side to this book is the cover quality. The cover isn't very sturdy. For the price I would have expected it to be a bit better quality.

Good food diary could last for longer
Good food diary I follow SW so it works well with that it’s only for 7 weeks though so maybe could have more pages! Bought in Jan to start dieting and already need a replacement. The additional motivational pages are good and the stickers a bonus!
