Comfortable but not dark black, more of a dark gray.

I'm a women's size 6/6.5 ordered size 5 in Big Kids, they fit perfectly!I will add, I've noticed the quality has changed over the yrs with Uggs... the fur on the inside is not as plush or comfortable. I have other boots similar by other brands (Bearpaw, Emu Australia) that are better quality.Still love my Uggs, but I would not pay full price anymore.. overall pleased, especially with the value!*** Worn once extremely disappointed, the poor quality of this boot was just NOT acceptable, even for the discounted price.Luckily I was able to return just in time. Sheepskin material was thin, fur lining not plush, was not comfortable to wear.. And I'm pretty sure I would need to wear socks if it was really cold weather. Sooo disappointed! I'll just stick with my other brands.

I have 3 other pairs of Ugg boots but I’ve never seen a lack of attention to detail like I have in the Ugg Bailey button boots I ordered here. While all tags and packaging indicate this is an authentic product, the quality is terrible.The boots arrived with creases already in the suede. I have looked all over for signs of wear in case these were a returned pair but they are otherwise clean and seem to have come this way.The suede at the top of of the boots is cut in a way that is ragged and not smooth. I would expect this kind of oversight from cheap boots at Walmart but these boots are costly, genuine name brand Uggs, and should have better standards.In addition there is a loose thread by the sole of one of the boots! It’s looks like Ugg takes no pride at all in the quality of boots they sell.This is unacceptable and very poor craftsmanship. I will be returning these boots and I do NOT recommend this product.

Very comfortable and LOVE! Just wish I would have received my boots in its original box. They came in a plain very awkward to open box. Says damaged during transit? Otherwise 5 STARS!

Gute Qualität, man hat warme und trockene Füße. Die Farbe ist wunderschön und das Fell auch. Man beachte nur, dass diese Schuhe eine Nummer größer ausfallen.!!!

Ho scelto il numero EU 32, come riporta l'etichetta delle mie Ugg stesso modello ( sono una donna con il piede piccolo (taglia EU 33-34). Stranamente risultano troppo piccole, sono cambiate le attribuzioni delle taglie nel tempo). Ho chiesto il reso e sono stata prontamente rimborsata. Acquisto la taglia EU 33.5, che dovrebbe andare bene. Il venditore è stato velocissimo e molto gentile. Ho comprato dallo stesso venditore la nuova taglia, che costava meno! Anzi ne ho comprati due paia!
