I was frustrated with using the old style ends and having to redo them because the sheathing was to far back, or not far enough back. These ends allow the strands to pass through so you no longer will have a missed connection, or an issue with the sheathing. Worth every penny to me.

Sorry i took no pictures for this one, I was working in the walls and really wasn't thinking. When I ordered this, I'm not sure where my brain was, but I failed on this one fact... they are cat 5. I ordered these after a bit of research, they are exactly as advertised and work perfectly. My only issue... truly was my issue... I somehow forgot that i have cat 6 cable. Fitting solid core cat 6 in these is a feat of great irritation and a bit of silicone spray lol. With the spray they finally fit, but if I had planned to use more than 6 of these ends with this cable I likely would have just bought the correct connections and saved these.That said, the connections turned out beautiful. I pulled the wires out the end until even and taunt, cut them, pulled them ever so slightly back into the end and crimped. A very satisfying and secure ending to a very infuriating process lol. Again, no fault of this item, only my own inability to match up correct items. I would buy these again if needed, just make sure you have cat 5 cable.

Crimping these pass through connectors are the easiest and best thing to work with. You are guaranteed a perfect crimp. The added Blue Cable Strain Relief Boots Kit is a wonderful added benefit, that is a must. This is the best kit I have ever purchased. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I've upgraded my rj45 crimper to the PASS THROUGH type and these are a bargain with quality. Very happy. Can easily check and KNOW colors are right. Work great. No failures!!!!

I have been using these pass through RJ45 connectors for many years, It is very easy to use . They really save my time. It is well worth the extra cost. I like them.

I will give this item 5 star. They look nice. These connectors and boots work well with my cat5 cable.I have made serval cable, no issues so far. Good quality.

The pass-through connectors are awesome. First time using a pass-through rj45 connectors. But the strain relief boot is a very stiff and slightly depresses the release lever making it hard to tell if it properly connected. When removing the jack from port it takes a lot more strength to depress the release lever than without the boot. So I will not be using them without some possible modifications to make it easier to depress.
