Just bought this machine. Will try to use it on my knee 3 times per week, but need at least 1 month to see the result. It will help drugs from ointment to go directly of inflamated area... The main part its works! It give warm feeling after few seconds at 1 and 2.5 watts/cm you will feel fine warming (its very little 2 out of 10) and give vibration on the water. Heat effect will grow very much (7+ out of 10) with exposition (with middle intensity you will feel strong heat effect if you keep it in same location more then 30 sec), its directly depends on timing. Bought to reduce knee pain (sometimes it comes, its not chronic yet) and will try apply to stretch ligaments to do the slips (if it help with stretching that means that it could be used for hypertonus issues). I think it could be used for professional medical purpose also. Main part for me its give vibrations so it will help make ligaments more soft and will help drugs to pass the skin and work localy. IMAO - realy good machine!

Very good product, as it look mini but it's use was very hugh. Due to its mini look it is easy to carry and light weight with great efficiency. Thank you Amazon and Medgears for the product!! Really helpful in reducing my Ankylosing Spondilitis pain.

I purchased a Digital Ultrasound Ultrasonic Physiotherapy Machine (Make: Medgears) from Amazon, but unfortunately the product delivered was dead and not working. I requested a return and replacement, but the pickup has been cancelled repeatedly, showing “verification failed” even though no one from the delivery team actually visited my address. This is extremely disappointing and feels like cheating. The most frustrating part is that Amazon does not provide any proper callback or helpdesk support to resolve such issues. Very poor experience. I request Amazon to resolve this matter immediately. Buyers should be cautious before purchasing this product.

Good machine for the price but you can see and surely feel the cost cutting of the product but can't complete for the price and portability. I'll suggest keep it only for home visits and hope it lasts for 2 to 3 years the power wire is very poor quality the socket is so poor quality that it does not fit in all power outlets keep that in mind other wise it's good machine

Compact, easy to carry, easy to use, absolutely amazing. Comes with a warrenty card, manual book, ultrasound head, connected cord and a small bag to carry it for home visits as well. Amazing quality. Definitely to go for some Physiotherapy modalities.
