Got this 2 days ago went to use it wouldn’t start after doing all the oil ect. Had to get a new spark plug. Then half way thro my patio it went pop stalled no have no pall cord so it’s broken very disappointed in this product. Don’t waste your money

Worth the money very powerful just not easy to get spare parts when needed

Jet washer arrived with a broken on/off switch. A replacement was sent ( also broken) with a wire missing. Out of the two managed to make one work. Water supply hose connecter came off every time when turned on. Replaced this with my own, worked perfect . Unlike other reviews i found the engine very easy to start.

will not start

First thing the order came very quick very impressed. Bad points it's terrible to start 30 mins of pulling cord is not good. Maged to get going once and it's a good washer. Went to use for second time and it will not start. Oil level correct full fuel tank but will not fire up. So unfortunately I'm sending back. Also the connection where the hose connects leaks quite bad tried there connector on hose and tried 2 various new ones but does not secure properly. Metal frame is not going to last long as rusty water running out from hollow tubes. If these items are addressed you have a good machine but at the mo thumbs down. When you get blister on fingers that bleeds from pulling cord it's time to return
