Great For The Price
These are very good for the money. Durability is great. They're rough on your hands (so wear gloves). My primary complaints were the tacky feeling on all 4 bands (removed with a soapy wet wash cloth) and the bands smell like latex (the smell wasn't as bad after I aired them out for a week). I have a set of UNDERSUN FITNESS bands that I like better because they're easy on the hands and have no funky smell, but they're $80 a set. These are less than $30 a set.

Worth the Purchase
I didn't purchase my bands on amozon but theu are XPRT Fitness Pull-Up Bands. I have been using them for a few months and I am starting to bulk up. I have only been training with bands using Jeff Cavalier's long band workouts on youtube, I also use a set of bands with handles with Anabolic Aliens youtube videos. I bought these just to rehabilitate my back but did not expect the results I achieved. Eventually I'll have to switch over to free weights but I am 43 and am starting to look like I did when I was a 25 year old paratrooper. I went from 202lbs to 185 lbs in 6 weeks. I've recently switched over to a maintenance diet as I don't like being in a calorie deficit more than 6 weeks, and I am bulking up already just on my maintenance diet using reaistance bands. It is worth the buy. A little uncomfortable to do certain exercises with, which is why I got another set of tube bands with handles but I really do prefer these ones. Just hurts the webbing between my thumb and palm. But you can always invest in a good pair of handles made specifically for bands. Hope this review helped you. Have a wonderful day.AIRBORNE!
