This product doesn't come with weights and weights for it are no where to be found, you have to fill these little sacks with sand that will leaked sand everywhere no way this thing holds 45lbs maybe 30 or 35 lbs don't make the mistake I made kick out the extra mone. Also I only weigh 215 at 5'9" the straps barely reach to fasten I am only a 36 waist

The vest works with my chest sizes, over the shoulder and binding at sides. However. My previous sand weights didn’t fit with it. Be aware the slots are VERY narrow, this does work better with steel plate weights

This is the worst thing I have ever ordered on Amazon. This thing is basically a scam. The best doesn’t come with weights and the little pockets it comes with you have to fill it with sand and the pockets don’t even hold the sand. The whole thing is a mess.
