All Pros No Cons 5-Stars I highly recommend The shipping, delivery, and packaging was great. The plastic product package can be re-used to keep the hooks organized. This set of lace crochet hooks is exactly as described and are of good quality. The METAL part is COMPLETELY SMOOTH as it should be and does not snag the thread. The rubber HANDLES are VERY COMFORTABLE and helpful in decreasing and/or eliminating hand stress caused by crocheting with hooks that don't have ergonomic handles. I already had a set of stainless steel lace crochet hooks WITHOUT ergonomic handles and a set of LARGER HOOKS WITH the rubber handles (which spoiled me). I started to crochet some snowflakes with my steel crochet hooks and had to stop because without the larger ergonomic handles it was too difficult and painful on my hands. I ordered these hooks and it has made a world of difference! I've attached pictures. The handles are mostly pastel colors BUT the color shows more vibrant in the photos because I edited it to show the size stamped on each handle. You can easily see it in real life but my camera (or maybe it was the the photographer) had trouble capturing it. I also included a photo showing the package with a sample piece of lace crochet snowflake I started. These crochet hooks are affordable, easy on one's hands, and are of good quality. If ever I need another set I will purchase again. I definitely recommend them especially if you've never used crochet hooks with these rubber handles. Love the length and shape of grip. Well balanced. Less stressful on my thumb joint. The case is very convenient as it holds most standard lengths and needles. Roll it up and toss into your bag.

Honestly one of my favorite hook sets that I've gotten off of Amazon! The best part about them is how smooth the shaft is. The yarn glides right over the hooks with ease, no catching at all, and that's a big deal to me. The only thing I don't love is that, yes, the size markings on the handles do rub off after some mild use, but that's not a deal breaker for me, personally. They are also very lightweight, in that you can tell the handle is hollow and the hook itself isn't the full length of the handle. This does make me scared that the hooks could break off from the handle during use, but I've not had that happen yet, and I do have relatively tight tension. I can't tell if I like the fact that they feel so much lighter in my hands compared to other hooks or not, but they are definitely noticeably lighter. The carrying case that it comes with isn't my favorite, but it does make for easy storage. The little extras that come with such as the stitch markers and warning needles and a nice plus. Overall, I'd recommend this set! I even bought a 2nd set for myself in case any of the hooks do break or get lost. Decent hook set for the price.

These are good hooks. I bought them because the handle is long and was looking for Dot hook dupe. These are good, and the price is great! I will definitely use these hooks, but they won't replace my dot hooks. The yarn glides smoothly, but sometimes catches and splits the yarn with rapid crochet.

This is the 4th set I’ve ordered for my granddaughters. It’s great. The crochet hooks are really nice and easy to hold. The little extras are very helpful. It’s fun to see the younger generation crocheting!

I love these hooks. They are the best. My best friend got me some for my birthday this year and unfortunately, they fell out of my bag. I was so upset so I ordered another set.

Great hooks! Very comfortable to hold in my hand while working on my project. I can see how the hook size mark could rub off as it’s very lightly printed on the handle. So what I did was put some UV top coat nail polish on top of it and cured it for 90 seconds. The yarn glide is okay. It could definitely be smoother, but it’s not snagging so I’m alright with it. This is my first time using them so I’ll update after a bit to determine durability. You really can’t go wrong with the price for how much you get !

Very comfortable to hold

I ordered this set for my nine and eleven year old grandchildren who are just beginning to crochet. The handles are comfortable for this Grani and fit the kiddos’ hands too. The pouch keeps everything together for sharing hooks and makes clean up after craft time a breeze.

I am so disappointed. When I first tried the hooks I was excited.. they didn’t pick, the hook was smooth… 7 rows into a magic circle, the 3.0 mm hook I was using broke….it just snapped off… I was shocked! I had another project on the go that needed a 9 mm hook…. Once again after 10 rows, it snapped off. These are not full shank hooks… they are just the tops that are glued only one inch into the handle. I had to super glue it together to finish the project I was doing.
