Very tasty and good value. The grocery store stuff is like floor sweepings. This is very clean. I like the various grades (very coarse, fine, ... ).

In case you don't know, bulgur and cracked wheat are the same thing, except bulgur is par-cooked and then re-dried, and cracked wheat is uncooked. Bulgur is HALF the glycemic index of white rice, and tastier; try it. l combine it with cooked lentils for complete protein.

Delicious and filling. Difficult to find in US grocery stores but well worth the cost.

Taste good and very healthy

I have been lucky enough to get this bulgur wheat directly from the Duru factory when I lived in Turkey. I am happy to pay more for this product because I have seen how its made, I have seen the faces of the people this product supports and I am confident I am getting the highest quality product for myself and my family. First time I’ve tried this product. Read about it online from a dietician. I was surprised by its quality. Easy to fix and I add it to other dishes. So far have cooked two batches in plain water. Not a lot of flavor by itself, or that I noticed, but I like the health benefits and texture. It’s similar to rice but with different properties. I plan to purchase more in the future.

I always buy this product and it is very delicious however the packaging was so poor. The package came broken 2 different times because of poor packaging and I wasn’t able to use them.

Absolutely love this product. Seems to be a high quality bulgur, rich with flavor and has an amazing texture. I would give it 5 stars, easily, but the reason for 4 is simple: I don't know what I'm going to receive when I order. The first time I ordered I got exactly what is advertised, which is coarse bulgur. The second time I ordered this product I ordered two bags (because it's so delicious) but this time I received 'fine' bulgur, which isn't friendly with some of the recipes we've been using. It seems to be a 50/50 on whether you will get coarse or fine bulgur but, in fairness, it's delicious either way.

I prefer the coarse bulgar wheat to the finer stuff found in the supermarkets. It has a lovely nutty flavour. Reasonably priced. This was my second order and I will buy again.

Couldn't find bulgur in my local grocery store so ordered this one. It was delivered very quick, package was undamaged. Good quality product, I used it to make risotto and really enjoyed taste and texture I managed to achieved using this bulgur. Will definitely buy again

Wanted a replacement for rice and this works really well for me. Taste is good too.

This is the 3rd time I am buying this product. We love it. Easy to digest and cooks really fast. I will keep buying this product.
