This book hit me hard in the feels, as a woman as a mom, as a lover of romance. Tia Louise weaved a story that is impossible not to love.Stephen and Emmy get a second chance, when he walks back into her life years after he walked out and left her... she’s now a divorcee and mother of a child she will do anything to protect and give the best too- Emmy is a super over protective mama.This story felt like a slow burn, probably because it didn’t fully grip me throughout, yet still I couldn’t let it go... I had to have it all... and piece by piece I crumbled...I saw Emmy as being strong heroine- her whole life was set for success and she ended up down a path she never anticipated- yet she never complained or blamed anyone.Stephen was a mix bag- he blew hot and cold and despite being a genuinely nice guy he sure had me raging at him.I loved Eli, Emmy’s son does much!! Stephen’s quirky aunt, and Emmy eccentric friend/ boss— they added a lot to the story.There was a lot of tension, high strung emotions and scorching hot chemistry, Emmy and Stephen got their HEA but oh my heart it was hard won.4 STAY WITH ME STARS.

If you love romantic enemy to lovers and second chances stories, you will love this book. This book has all the elements to make it an enjoyable, hard to put down fast pace read. Stephen and Emmy are great characters with incredible chemistry and Emmys little boy Eli is a real sweetheart. It has good banter between Stephen and Emmy and some sweet moments as well as a good dose of angst to keep you hooked. Once again, Tia has given us a brilliant and superbly written story!

I do like a good 'second chance' romance and this definitely delivered.I loved the dynamic between Stephen and Emma and the twists and turns in their relationship. There were some very 'hot' moments between these two and this was a real page turner.Loved it!

Wow! This book has everything you want and need, humour passion, and heart. The sexual attraction between Stephen and Emmy is HOT!! And as for Eli, he is an adorable little man. I love Tia’s books, and this one is definitely at the top of my list

Stephen Hastings is a Hero!!!I luvd this book so much. I've been dying to get my hands on Stephen Hastings for so long and let me tell you this guy is awesome. He's sexy, arrogant, annoying, confident, protective and a hero. But you can't be mad at him. Stephen does do stupid things but he was younger and had so much weight on his shoulders. This doesn't mean he was right with what he did. He isn't that guy anymore. So when he bumps into Emmy Barton again every that had happened came rushing back. She was even sexier than she was years ago but she hated him and he didn't know why. Emmy better get ready cause she could hate him all she wanted he was goin to work out how to get back into her good books.Emmy this woman has been through a lot since she last set eyes on Stephen Hastings. He was the guy that broke her heart she thought he was this amazing guy until that night years ago. Now she didn't have time for his games life was already hard she didn't need any more complications. But it was hard when he looks even better than he did all them years ago. Her crush was strong then she needs to keep her distance more than ever now.The sexual tension between Emmy and Stephen was crazy hot through out this book. After what happened between them Stephen wanted more and Emmy had to fight it. This second chance enemies to lovers story was so sexy. The back of forth was so great. Emmy making Stephen work was not what he was used to. They both came from money but there family lives was very different and it was more different now so many years have gone by. Emmy now has the most gorgeous little boy and a ex hubby to deal with but this didn't stop Stephen wanting from wanted Emmy he just needed to work out why she hated him so much.Everything about this book was amazing. The story has me sucked in from the very start. Tia Louise is one of my favourite authors she alway creates a great story that alway flows so well. She also create the best characters that you luv from the start and luv even more after. I would highly recommend this book everything about this book is great I don't have a thing that I didn't like. This is a book that I'll be adding to my favourites books.

Reality bites hard.That was then, this is now and hes stood before her.He was a mess, he was letting off steam but that's all behind him. Now hes cool, calm and collected well he was.. until he saw her.....Oh this book made me swoon soooo much..Two people who dont believe in love and marriage, who's lives are both full and empty at the same time.Opposites in the financial sence but with a common need.Stephen appears so aloof and brash but it's a front hes a total softie I knew it from the moment he laid eyes on Eli.Emmy the tough cookie, single mother whos struggling to tread water in the big wide world.Put them together for any amount of time and you have a sexual tension to die for!I can honestly say this is Tias best book to date! I loved it from start to finish!I think we all need a Stephen in our lives. It's as simple as that!
